We were completely new to not just Boston but to the US. We needed to put away ten large boxes whilst at temporary accommodation and we found Livible, after a lot of research. And we were delighted with them - incredibly prompt, very thorough and always responsive. And at an amazing cost. Had a minor error with the storage cost but it was amended immediately. Fantastic experience, always. Super friendly and accommodating. I have used their service for several years and specifically enjoy being able to have my Holiday decorations, ski equipment and bike dropped off and stored every year/seasonally. I am an empty nester who downsized so have also used LIVIBLE to store items and mementos of sentimental value, things I am not quite prepared to let go of just yet. Recently I asked for my very large collection of photos to be delivered to my home. With more time on my hands I finally have the opportunity to go through and organize them all. Am so grateful I didn’t have to get rid of them under the pressure of the move and was able to have them safely stored away until I was ready to tackle the job. Thank you LIVIBLE!

I did a bit a research to see my options for storage services and these seemed to be the best price/quality and I was right. I booked with them and got a great service, they called in advance before picking up, had a crew that took care of everything carefully and were very friendly.

We had a self-storage unit for years storing tax files, seasonal stuff like decorations and bikes and skis. Plus some furniture we’re keeping for the kids and the grandkids. My wife refused to go there by herself and she’s had a few scary experiences with some nasty looking dudes hanging around. The final straw was yet another price increase from our good friends at Public Storage. I search for an alternative and came across a Livible and boy am I glad I did. They cut my bill by 15% and told me they wouldn’t increase it for as long as I was a customer. That’s awesome! Then they moved all of the stuff out of my unit into their warehouse for free. No kidding. My only wish is that I’ve known about this service years ago. Goodbye self storage and good riddance!

They moved my whole large art studio. What had not been boxed up ,they professionally wrapped it up. They were on time and I felt the price for storage was more than fair. I have recommended Livible to my neighbors.

We highly recommend Livabkes to anyone. The kept all their promises and were experienced and professional. They took 3 truckloads of our belongings to their storage facility before we put our house on the market. We had the same crew each time and they went above and beyond what any other moving service had done. Once our house sold and it was time to move in our new home the same crew brought our household belongings back to us in tip top condition. I will never forget this crew. They even gave me decorating advice which was wise and helpful. They were a top notch crew.
