Perhaps some dishonesty in promising turnaround time with broadband to help seal the deal (was told a few weeks max) but it's getting installed a whole month later which is quite detrimental to the business but i suppose it's out of their hands. I just would have appreciated more honesty from them.

United Kingdom | 24 December 2024Dreadful Company - stay clear! There was a lack of transparent in their sales. process. I was advised verbally that the cost per unit of electricity would be 32.56. My earlier research indicated the cost should be 30.56. On that basis I said 32.56 was not acceptable as the costs per KW. I was then assured a number of times that the unit cost to us would be 30.56. It was only on that basis I indicated a willingness to proceed. It then transpired in the detail on the contract it had again been cranked up to 32.56 per kw. That was not picked up by us immediately due to other pressures but was very quickly noted shortly afterwards and Love Energy and the supplier were informed. Further more, any savings are negated by these costs. As a consequence I believe there was a degree of “smoke and mirrors “, and sales pressure to get contracts signed resulting in a lack of transparency given my earlier opinions and it is a case of miss selling. I find such “sharp” practices entirely unacceptable and as a consequence. We are in dispute with Love Energy.

Had to pay extra What a load of Tosh Do not use them. Do it yourself you can get a better deal and you know you have done it

Now I am spending hours trying to rectify their mistake. They also send unbelievable amount of junk into your inbox. Avoid!
