I came across this comparison web site by chance and was pleasantly surprised! A call was received after an initial enquiry within 15 minutes. Information was sent by email within 10 minutes and the lovely Ben was clear, patient and able to explain the best offers without jargon. I was given time to consult with others who I needed to about this new tariff and a new contract was agreed within a few hours after an arranged call. would throughly recommend Love Energy without hesitation, don't go anywhere else

Trust has been completely dissolved. Had a conversation with a sales guy to renew. Didn’t speak about how long, as the previous contract was only one year. During the call and contract he made it a 36 month co tract he very careful when dealing with them. Will definitely not be going back. You may get a good offer and want to renew, but be very careful, untrustworthy and will take you if you don’t listen.

I was happy with Yu supplying my premises. In August 2024 I was forced to move premises ( no fault of my own). I wished to carry on with YU as my supplier, unfortunately this was not to be. Apparently you cannot take YU with you if you move. I was charged £500 for cancellation ( they cancelled not me) No joy on the phone trying to negotiate, just pushed from one operator to another. Tuen letters charging late payment fees. Obviously no communication between departments. Moving was stressful enough, cut my losses in the end & paid them,to avoid getting ridiculous late payment charges added. Very Disappointed
