Moquadas Ahmad was extremely communicative and professional and responsive, and Love Energy Savings provided us with the most favourable energy prices compared to a number of other energy brokers

They give great service, helping out with any problems in switching to new supplier, are proactive in changing contracts ahead of time to ensure good deals. Tracey the renewals account manager was very proactive in looking out for information to be updated on 3rd party websites and act accordingly.

Worst thing I did going with this company. When filling in the quotation request I opted for the ‘contact via email’ option, I purposely didn’t tick the ‘contact by phone’ option as I hate being contacted by companies. However they have repeatedly called me, it’s nothing sort of harassment. My contract is not supposed to start with them for another 4 days but yet they claim I’m already in contract with them & can not cancel now.

Edit 08/11/24: Quite unbelievably, I've just had yet another call from this company. Not only do they provide a poor service. But they also have no respect or regard for personal data, or GDPR law. I have now reported this GDPR breach to the Information Commissioners Office. Original Review: This company is a nuisance. I made the mistake of switching one service with them and have since been bombarded with calls from them. If they'd done a good job of the switch it wouldn't be quite so much of a problem. I've now had to ask them twice to remove my contact details from their calls system. I definitely don't recommend this company.

simple website. no unnecessary replication of data input. Quick. initially accepted by a supplier and then notified of their u turn meaning had to go for another. A more detailed reason would have been better as the message gave no real answer.

Billy obtained some great prices for us. Our fixed price contract ends next year. Not only have prices fallen with our current supplier but he has arranged a switch to another supplier saving us even more money. Great for Scout Goup. More to spend on our Scouts rather then electricity.
