Always been quite happy using LES before but this time we had a new account manager (Ben). Everything went well and he was polite and professional. Sadly when we received the email from the new electric company, a lot of the details were wrong. So now I’m sitting in a queue waiting for them to answer to give all the correct details! Time that should be spent doing other things instead of costing me money!

Promises not materialised yet so hard to say what was great about it. Love Energy very pushy all sounded good but we still don't have a service that works, maybe it's coming but previous experiences with BT tells me that is unlikely.
