We had our mortgage with PennyMac for a couple of years after it was sold to them by our local lender. We were happy with their service and had no problems during that time, so when the market conditions were right to refinance, we were very happy that PennyMac matched a rate we found elsewhere and gave us a client retention bonus to boot. The entire process was very smooth and moved along quickly. I think that is amazing during this COVID situation. We would definitely recommend.
