Brilliant delivery service and my furniture is lovely I'm very happy 😁

Really pleased with my product apart from legs being packed to tightly inside tabletop which caused scratches underneath tabletop when removing. Not very impressed with service website states free delivery within 10 working days , received an email to say product was with delivery company and they would be in touch ,when they weren’t contacted Quercus twice to be told they would contact delivery company and call me back they never did ,when deliver company finally contacted me after the 10 days stated to arrange delivery they told me they had only just received the item and they only deliver to certain areas when they have enough items to deliver so the delivery time you advertise is not accurate ,I took time off work to go with these dates so I knew I could be here to take delivery as it was with it being later I had to have it delivered to a relative as I was away , at no time did quercus call back when they said they would very bad customer service .

ordered 18th April, After 2 weeks of no contract rang up to be told “not in stock” . When asked about delivery was told about the end of may. Finally arrived 31st may, no contact from Quercus, only text from deliverers. Very happy with goods but not the service.

Your service level is poor. This is my first, and last time that I will use Quercus Living for my home requirements. Why? Simple. Lack of trust and less than Best Practice customer service. I had to arrange for a large item of furniture to be exchanged because there was a defect/poor workmanship on the top surface. Leaving aside the issue that Quercus clearly doesn't check furniture items for quality control before going to customers, I really don't like the idea of being presented with somebody else's rejected item. The box it arrived in was clearly used before, re-taped up, and repaired, so I suppose you just thought that someone living on the other side of the country couldn't be bothered to reject it also, so just send it to us. Wrong! Not only that, but I emailed your address within 30 minutes of discovering the flaw, but NEVER got a reply. A common courtesy which is essential in today's competitive market where customer satisfaction is required, but instead I had to make at least three calls over three successive days to get your attention and get agreement to arrange an exchange. Needless to say, I am very disappointed by my shopping experience with Quercus. Learn from these mistakes or else your business will slowly evaporate to nothing as others find out what we did, the hard way.

Online ordering is easy, but communication could be improved. Website stated a 2 week delivery, but after 10 days I still hadn't heard anything so I rang and i was told that it wouldn't be in the country for another 2 weeks. So, ordered 7th March, arrived in the country 26th March, I finally received items on 13th April!!! 2 of the items are in great condition, but the huge tv bench i ordered has signs of damage, which I obviously couldn't see until after the delivery men had left and i'd removed all the packaging. Trying to return it will be a hassle, and I shudder to think how long a replacement will take to arrive so I am going to refurbish myself.

Furniture We bought a chest of drawers, long mirror and a bed. Furniture is of very good finish and quality.

Our first experience using Quercus Living, slight delay in delivery, but good communication keeping us informed, so not a problem. Really good quality furniture, would certainly use again.

It's the first time we have ordered from this company, but it won't be the last. I made a mistake on my order, but unusually these days, I was able to phone to amend my order. The prices for the 3 items we ordered were competitive, the delivery was quick too. As for the delivery guys, they were top notch, friendly and helpful. One box was damaged and they unpacked the item to ensure it was only packaging damage, before going on their way. All in all a great all round experience.
