Bought the Sheesham Cube bookcase. It was a painless ordering process, best value for money for the product I was after, quick delivery time and I was kept informed of progress. Oh and the book case looks great. Would def recommend and I'll be re-visiting when I need to purchase another Sheesham piece.

Despite the product being absolutely beautiful I am appalled by the customer service! When contacting the company regarding the delivery the man was rude and obnoxious! It's a shame as I was hoping to order further items.

I bought 2 4 over 3 oak chest of drawers the service was exemplary and the quality superb and I was nicely surprised to find that I got 2 different styles of handles the couriers also were a credit to their company thank you to everyone from the lady who took my order on down well done

I ordered an Oak dining table for Quercus having found the company on an internet search and never having visited. The customer service was fantastic and very accommodating even when I rang to advise I was going away on holiday and needed to change my delivery date. They rang me back on the day after my return and rearranged the delivery within 3 days. The table came really well packed, having received a telephone call 30 mins before to confirm I was able to take delivery. Really easy to assemble (just had to bolt legs on) and we are thrilled with the table. It has made a huge improvement to our dining room and for a great price too. We will definitely buy from Quercus Living again and would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic! I wanted constance furniture for my house to match constance furniture I already have. I ordered online and paid no problems. The bedside chest of drawers was in perfect condition, and all the drawers wrapped and marked in number order to fit the chest correctly. It is well made and matches with our other furniture.
