The furniture arrived promptly and was very well packed. The pieces are solid wood, very sturdy and look great in my hallway. Overall I am very please with my purchase.

I received my drum chests three weeks after they had been despatched. The chests are great, and I am very pleased with them. Slight hitch with delivery as I live in remote West of Scotland. However, Quercus courier dropped them off in Glasgow - and I got a local courier to deliver to me. Taz in customer service was very helpful.

Our Oak bed is really lovely. Robust and beautiful. Good quality. Well built. Excellent Design. Delivery was easy to arrange and communication was good with the delivery firm. But... it arrived packaged with huge amounts of Polystyrene sheeting, which is environmentally unfriendly and extremely hard to dispose of. We broke up the sheets into small pieces and filled two garden sacks which had to be taken to the nearest council dump in Wandsworth. There were tiny fragments of polystyrene floating everywhere, which had to be hoovered off the walls and clothing. Please, Quercus, find a more environmentally acceptable way of packing furniture. Obviously you need to prevent damage to the perfect finish of the wood, but there must be another way.

We ordered our product in late January, initially expecting delivery within 15 days as per information on the website. We were soon advised that this would be delayed to take 3 months, which we accepted without complaint. However, only after we sought an update on the delivery, 1 week before the expected date, were we advised that this was delayed again by a further month. Ideally this would have been communicated sooner and without our prompting. To make matters worse, the product that was finally delivered was damaged thus requiring a replacement. Overall we were happy to be patient but the process has been frustrating.
