Very quick delivery easy to ensemble would recommend to a friends and family

The two items of furniture I bought were lovely but it was very hard to organise delivery and in the end my items were left on a neighbours drive - fortunately it didn't rain before I got back or the wood could have been ruined.

Beautiful corner cabinet matches up with my other Jali furniture great price too would recommend this company ...........super delivery paid extra to take packing away.....all worked very well even the time slot ..........could not fault !

The quality of the furniture is average, and delivery expensive. Everything feels a little rough around the edges, panels are thin and a little flimsy, the wine rack is less than solid and I can see it getting dented or worse with wine bottles coming and going over time. Overall, I felt a little ripped off considering this furniture isn't cheap.

Item of furniture delivered on time.The two delivery guys deIlivered the furniture into the room that I asked them to.I only had one small problem.The shelves would not fit into the top unit and my husband had to cut a little nick out so they could go into the unit.

For the price the quality of cabinets ordered are second to none. The packaging was excellent with no danger of anything getting damaged in transit. The website ordering process was strait forward. The only negative would be that I got a call about 15 minutes before delivery but I work about 30 minutes from home. The delivery team waited patiently for me to arrive. All in all we are very pleased with the cabinets ordered.

Well packaged delivered on time loved the fact it had the dimensions for fixing to wall nothing worse when you have recently refurbished and end up with extra holes. Size of mirror perfect looks pukka. Only downful is lights are very dim so just use lights for the effect. Very satisfied customer

We ordered a new side board after being sent a sample right away. It arrived quickly and it was beautiful. Exactly what we wanted. Fantastic qualify and quick response from the company! Will definitely be returning!

Service from Quercus Living is excellent. Some reservations about the furniture. Some split timber in my display unit. I repaired it myself with clamps and glue, rather than going to the trouble of returning it, so I can't comment on returns process. Another unit had a door which wouldn't close without adjustment of magnetic catch. Quality assurance out of the manufacturer's factory could be better. Having said that the furniture is attractive and relatively inexpensive.

Very happy indeed with the quality of the furniture and the price. It was delivered on time by two very friendly delivery people and it was a great relief that I had paid a little extra for them to unpackage and take all the packing away.

A very good product, at a decent price, which was delivered on the date stated. Unfortunately, I couldn't provide a five star rating, due to the delivery driver being late and uncooperative.
