Lovely item of furniture. I purchased the five drawer drum chest in the Jali Sheesham range. It is rustic, beautiful and unusual. Love it!

I ordered 2 of the S shaped side tables. 1 arrived in pieces, which meant I could clearly see that it was NOT solid oak. The home page of the quercus living website clearly states SOLID OAK, PINE & INDIAN WOOD FURNITURE - it is not true. The side table was made of cheap hardwood, with a poorly attempted oak veneer to make it look like oak. It was a battle even to get a refund for the damaged table as the initial response was that I needed to return it! I eventually got a refund but I would not recommend this furniture or this company to anyone. Edit after the reply: It was a battle to get the refund, as initially you wanted me to return the damaged item, which would have been a major inconvenience, especially as it was packaged so tightly it was practically impossible to get it back in the box. It caused me a lot of stress worrying about how I would even manage to return it. You did provide a refund without me having to return the item in the end, but only after I pushed for it. My review is not factually incorrect. Your website states that the Cube range is solid oak. For some reason Trustpilot don't allow links in their reviews (!) but if from the home page, go to /wood-types/oak-furniture.... It clearly says "Cube Solid Oak" in the group of pictures in the bottom half of the page. I only wish I could post a photo of the damaged table so that I could clearly show how it is is structured from cheap hardwood with a poor attempt at an oak veneer around the outside.

Beds were as advertised, a pine finished and a good quality which complimented existing bedroom furniture. Helpful office staff who answered my questions before purchase. Delivery arrived as scheduled.

The website was honest as in they really did have stock of what i was after unlike others, they were efficient and informative - well done, its what i expect of course but thats the point - you get what you are after

Ordered a wide tv cabinet from Quercus on Christmas eve (yes I know ridiculous timing...) received confirmation email a few minutes later explaining they were closed until 1st week in January and the order would be processed on their return. Got email around 6th of January saying order had been greatfully received, was in stock and would be sent to the courier who would be in touch shortly to arrange delivery. Couple of days later received message from courier and arranged a delivery day. The night before received another confirmation message and a time slot. Goods arrived in the time window, 2 guys were both polite and chatty and placed goods in the room I asked with no hesitation. All in all a really good experience and would definitely check them out first on future purchases.

Chest of Drawers Ordered, website says it was in stock, now there stating it was out stock (no true). After I placed the order and paid for, I was informed it would be 6 to 8 weeks because it was out of stock. 3 months later and still haven't received the item and they're still not able to give be a delivery date. Nice furniture but, poor customer service. One excuse after another, always someone else fault. Update 25/11/2022 Chest a drawer did arrive eventually. Made the mistake of ordering a blanket box on November 17, which quiet clearly says on the website in stock and 3 days delivery. You guessed right, it's not arrived as yet. Why are they not on honest on the website and their customer service

We ordered two items in May and June 2021 and we are still waiting for delivery. We had been promised delivery in October 2021 then in December we were advised they had been despatched. We then received a call to say this was an error and that the delivery would now be by the end of January. I recently checked on this and have now been told they are due in at the end of February. This experience has not been a good one and I only can hope the goods arrive and there is no further delay. Update 21st February I have received another call today to advise that the goods are now delayed until the end of March, that will be a 43 week delivery from the order date if they are delivered as promised. I am now awaiting a response from a manager. Update 22.2.22 Thank you for the response to my review. I will now await to see if you fulfill your commitment that the goods will be delivered by the end of March 22. What is a concern to me is that currently your website shows delivery of these goods for new purchases in 6-7 weeks and I will have had to wait 43 weeks!!!!! Something does to not add up. Update 1.4.22 I contacted Quercus living today only to be advised; “Currently I don’t have this information. I have requested it from the logistics department, once I have a response, I will inform you to let you know. I would suggest, given the situations and current climates we are constantly in, delivery may be at least another 7-8 weeks.” I have no confidence that after waiting a further 8 weeks these goods will be delivered so have asked for a full refund. Would not recommend anyone purchasing anything from this company. I will update again when my refund is received. Update 4.4.22 Refund has been made using PayPal which was not my method of payment. This has resulted in me being charged a fee and the money going on hold. YOU COULD NOT MAKE THIS UP. Now waiting for a response from Quercus Further updates to follow…… Thanks for your comments however when you say "We understand your frustration and also advise that we now expect to deliver around the end of April/mid-May" Forgive me to beleive that this would have happend as I have been told in the past it would be delivered in October, then in December, then in January and then in March. You would have just come up with an another excuse for a delay in April/May!!! I have spent 30 minutes on a call to PayPal who confirmed that YOU have made the refund incorrectly and this should have been a personal payment then NO FEE would have been charged.; Goods have not received and so PayPal are holding the money for 21 days as you have used a transaction as if goods have been shipped. Paypal are going to contact YOU TO ADVISE WHAT YOU HAVE DONE WRONG!!!!! I would like a full refund and if not a case will be generated to my bank and ask for a charge back for the full amount. Is it too much for you to resolve this ???? After contacting PayPal myself again this evening they have done the right thing and given me back my fees but it was NO THANKS to Quercus. If you are thinking about purchasing ANYTHING from this company I would THINK AGAIN Thank you for your response but you have come up with every excuse why the goods have not been delivered!!! It was obvious you were never going to fulfil the order at the price I paid, to say it was going to take a year for the goods to be made and shipped is just a total joke!!!! You did not resolve the Paypal issue, I DID!!!! It is online ahop what advertising express delivery in 3 days time. We bought 2 items end of December and still nothing.horribke customer servis full of lies as they should call me back same day when I contacted them but they ignored me.Deluvery company stated this sellers request economy delivery .Still waiting for update on delivery.never again

Stylish furniture, well built from solid wood, including the backs. The finish on the items I bought was excellent. The sales support was exemplary, extremely helpful. I was kept informed of the delivery process and the team were very good natured and helpful. All in all a very pleasant process. Quercus has a winning formula. Just wish we had a few firms like them down south 😏
