The quality of the furniture was good. Only 4 stars as no email confirmation was received and despite chasing this up, it was not resolved.

Good service from the initial phone call to an on line order.Delivered within about 10 days with good info on progress and info from delivery drivers who were first class-efficient and polite.

Nearly 6 weeks to arrive. When it did the tone of the wood looked nothing like the picture. Never again! And please do not say if you were aware of the issue you would have stepped. I called every week and every week the goods were due in your depot. Also I was assured that I would be called with updates. It never happened!
