Worst customer service ever. Company double-deducted money for longtime but refused to reimburse. Tickets opened are not answered but deleted. Nobody responds over weeks and online service/chat is only saying "I will follow up on it"...and then nothing happens for days, weeks, until you try again...same thing. Total scam. stay away!!!

This is a completely scam Team. Their service is horribly bad. Support is unresponsive, the service cannot be cancelled, you are constantly bombarded with demand letters even though you have already cancelled the service.

Terrible customer service with weak response... terminate my account so many times stating that i do not make any payment. i have check my account and show them the proof that money has already been deducted. Giving so many excuses/reason to backup their terrible server (not able to connect remote server). i would not recommend this server to anyone, it is lag and their uptime is so terrible. Right now i am waiting for their response for my ticcket and i have waited for days!!! all the agents are tied up almost every hour.. this show that there is alot of issue at their end..

I paid for service on the 1st of July but few days later there wasn't any service again up till now all complaints sent to the support email was returned up till this moment please don't subscribe to their service again it's a scam

No warning for broken website and servers? It's a pure scam and could be hackers website! Stay out of this VPS provider!

The company showdown their service suddenly, without any advice, does not reply either. I paid the renew yearly plan few days ago, they stopped their service.

Woke up this morning to find server and website both down. No prior notice was received about this outage. I emailed support[at]fxsvps.com to enquire (but I won't be holding my breath for a reply).

A total scam please stay out of this company. They suddenly shut down the VPS and their own website is down too. No response from them. However, they charged me for the VPS server.

That is utterly the worst company ever, I have requested them to cancel the service after period cycle ends but they will just keep ignoring. You can not remove your payment card from the site and you can not cancel your product. Their support teams responses is always the irritating one. But they take you money instantly. Do not use their services!

Absolutely pathetic company! After canceling my service they keep billing me! They ignore every single support ticket and email request that I have. Stay away

If I can go 0 stars I would. Request after request after opening many several tickets they refuse to cancel the vps and continue to LIE saying, “Your caed has been unlinked from billing and your server will be canceled automatically the next billing period”. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS BS! CALL YOUR BANK, DISPUTE, SHOW THE BANK THE TICKETS YOU’VE SENT THEM, AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND HAVE YOUR BANK BLOCK THEM IMMEDIATELY. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS THAT JEEP CHARGING YOUR CARD OVER AND OVER!!!!

Don't rent a VPS server from these guys because you will receive an error 403 which basically blocks the port to communicate with MQL community which is required for your Algo to connect and work. After opening a ticket and explaining my situation, I made sure to elaborate not to touch my server and fix the network issue, they went ahead and rebooted my server without my approval, which cause my algo to detach from MT5 and I had open trades which now I have to wait to close them manually. Worst and stupid tech support I have ever encountered in my life. Based out of India and the guy on the chat call himself Allen Bright. Stay away guys and don't waste your money. I'm now fighting with them to refund me my server money even though I only had the server for one week. They are offering me a new server instead which I refused. Very bad company run by unprofessionals.

I purchased a VPS from them and their service screwed up : i got billed and didn't get my Virtual Machine, i had to reach the support to get it activated. (for 2 months, my profile page said "Your Virtual machine is getting created, please wait." and i thus couldn't access the control panel from their site.) As a result, i have been billed twice on the course of 2 months. Billet 4 times for 2 VPS when i had only one. When i reached the support to ask for a refund of the falsely billed months, they told me they had identified (only)one paiement and offered a free month that they directly applied to my account. I refused and they reconducted my VPS. I gave them some time before contacting PayPal and they took 2 whole weeks to reply just to say "We refunded you." after PayPal forced them to refund one paiement. I had to contact PayPal again for the second paiement to finally get this solved. And as a response, they deleted the support ticket and my account on their website.

Veeeeeeeeeeeeeeery Bad VPS terrible Company

Once you subscribe, its impossible to cancel. I emailed support at least 3 times asking them to cancel subscription but they don't do it and keep giving template reply that it's a technical service. Their chat service is a joke. They will give one word reply and can be rude.

Terrible experience. First of all this is the worst vps I have ever used. It was literally the slowest vps I've ever had; I have high speed internet and I felt like I had dial up. They would not refund me my money even after pleading with them so I took an L. They charged me $54 dollars upfront for a whole years service for a vps that I couldn't even use. A whole year later they send me invoices telling me they need to get paid for the vps. If I don't pay the invoice that means I don't want the service anymore, that should be fair instead they found a way to charge my paypal account even though I used another payment method on file. Plus they charged me twice. They are scammers, stay away from them. Plus they know how to get into your bank accounts and other money accounts through your vps IP Address. They can steal money from you.
