United Kingdom | 18 March 2020Can’t thank you enough!! Considering the current situation and realising that delays were possible I’m grateful for receiving my order this morning. I appreciated that emails and calls could not be answered, Much better to have the workforce dealing with the actual requests rather than having to constantly explain the situation. It’s much better now that the announcement has been out on your website. Keep up the good work guys, it can’t be easy - but please know it is appreciated :)

United Kingdom | 18 March 2020As I cant reply on Google, I'll do it here. Dont send emails to customers telling them that your sister company has a "stock pipeline" and can meet demand with "your own similar or better quality products" when you blatantly cant! I ended up using another company who actually responded to my emails and even better, endeavoured to and supplied what I needed in less time than it took you to respond to an email! Everyone is struggling but dont promise the earth and deliver nothing!

United Kingdom | 14 March 2020My order was placed with GP Supplies 10 days ago and I paid by PayPal. I have heard nothing from this company. I have spent 2.5 days trying to speak with someone, they are often engaged but when they are not, then no one answers - I have left numerous voice messages but still have heard nothing from them. I have also emailed them. Do not bother ordering from this company as their customer service is shocking. I am now about to contact PayPal for a refund. Do not bother with is company as their customer service is sadly shocking. Update: Dear GP Supplies. I have followed your advice and emailed you immediately after you placed your answer to my review. I still have had NO delivery of supplies and NO acknowledgement of my emails - even though I said I am front line working for the NHS. I ask again - Please could you send my order. Thank you.

United Kingdom | 14 March 2020Whilst I understand the current situation there is no excuse for zero communication. They will not answer e mails and not answer the phone. I ordered on the basis of a 2/5 days quoted delivery time, that was 16 days ago. I have requested a refund and NOTHING. I can only assume that this is a scam until they communicate and tell me different

United Kingdom | 13 March 2020I have placed an order, contacted them to see if they could confirm the product was in stock as after 5hrs I had no email response. I tried to call but got no answer. I have had to buy what I ordered from elsewhere and will try and now claim through paypal for a refund. Such a shame they could not respond! As with others I have tried emailing all email addresses with no response.

United Kingdom | 12 March 2020I have now received a refund after my review. I understand that you’ll be inundated but surely you need to employ some more office workers to deal with the backlog ? Absolutely shocking! All the response you get is please email The sales team - and then nothing , for everyone. I have raised A dispute with PAYPAL this is def a SCAM. I have asked for a refund and NOTHING . No communication at all

United Kingdom | 11 March 2020Placed order on 3rd march, heard nothing, 2 days ago I received an email saying they had run out of stock suggesting to contact their sister company. Money has been taken from my account. No reply from the email address provided, no one picking up the phone. UPDATE: I contacted the address provided in their reply asking to either deliver the goods or refund me. They refunded me so I think they took orders without being sure they'd have the stock. Not a scam, just poor communication

We try calling them and no one answers it’s a SCAM will report this site aswell worst experience DONT BUY!!! After submitting this I get a message from you to ask for a request of my order number well there you go it’s 1000050570 I will like a refund today and will like a call back. After that, he disappeared .....I asked him tracking number...but no reply. Where are you Matt Wood? I paid over 2 months...but I have not receive my order until today 26/3... please advise immediately. Until today 24/3..still no tracking number. 2 months past... Terrible company... We should report to UK policy or anything we can do? Anyone can share experience? Thank you! ———————- Order on jan 2020, still can’t receive the tracking number up to this moment. Send emails to ask for shipping many times. No feedback. Very disappointing! Give one star coz I have to give review, no star should be given. Where is my order? I sent email requesting information and have failed to receive a response to date. Awful experience thus far. If it wasn't for the otherwise descent trustpilot score I would have thought this was a scam company.

We have now had to source else where so please do not forward anything on. Unsure if we have been charged for 5 items???
