Very efficient and Lucy was great - she made what could have been a tedious must do into quite an entertaining as well as efficient experience. Absolutely no complaints and would definitely recommend to others.

The booking was straightforward. Lucy who tested us was both professional and engaging. The results came through before they were due. Really, very good.

My husband and I visited together for a next day pcr fit to travel test. All went smoothly and just after leaving the clinic I received an email to inform me that my test had been registered. My husband was driving so did not check his phone until we got home over an hour later when we realised he had not received such an email. We were concerned about this as we were flying to Australia 3 days later so We rang the clinic and the person who answered the phone went to check with the clinician and was told that she had forgotten to submit the test. This was rectified immediately however if my husband had been someone on their own taking the test they would not necessarily have known to expect an email. Due to these tests being time critical this could have had consequences for our trip. Hence my review of 1 star.

Why are they still doing deep (painful) nasal swabbing when it is known clinically proven that just a lower nasal sweep is sufficient? The website was very clear and easy to use. The receptionist was lacklustre and indifferent. The nurse was lovely. Clinic is clean and bright but feels sparse like a pop up clinic.

This is the 3rd time I've used Medwyn and each time they have been so wonderful and kind to me. I was seen on Sunday 6th by a nurse named Vicky. She was so empathetic and understanding. I was nervous about my test being positive again and she explained everything so kindly and exuded so much warmth. She took a general interest in me as a person and didn't just treat me as a customer. Please pass ony best regards to Vicky and her team. I will recommend you to anyone who needs your services.

Package arrived promptly, video testing worked well. Certificate arrived very promptly. However I tried to book another test later and could not find an easy way to cancel when I needed to.. The service said I needed to telephone but didnt give a telephone number. When I found it and rang there was no reply so I could not cancel. I hadn't paid so I just left it but it didn't seem very efficient.

I had to have a negative LFT done before going on holiday. It was to be done via video link. The first test’s photograph was too blurry and, by the time I saw the email, the test had expired. I had to rearrange for the test to be done at 4.45 pm before flying at 9am the next morning. I was extremely stressed (not helped by the fact I attended a funeral that day too). The staff at the OH at Medwyn was so kind. I must have phoned them about a dozen times that day and, without exception, each person I spoke to was kind and so sympathetic. I really helped me through a tough day. Thank you all so much.

I had my fit to fly PCR test here by Lucy, she was incredibly friendly and efficient - very impressed! Will be using your services again
