We used Medwyn for PCR Covid tests for flights. We received different information from different people. Seems a bit of a muddled organisation. Also rather unhelpful reception.

Needed a last minute Test to travel to Antigua last minute and the help in finding the correct information was outstanding and accurate! From start to finish the team were exceedingly helpful and professional. My test was done by lucy who was incredibly thorough with her PPE and ensured everything was sterile prior to the test been taken. Her approach was very enthusiastic and friendly and thoroughly felt at eas throughout the whole process. The certificate was issued within the hour which was amazing. Totally recommend anyone using the clinic to take the stress out of travel and testing.

From the online booking, to the free parking outside, friendly receptionist and the lovely Sue who administered my test, it was totally fuss and stress free. Not only that, but I got my result before I went to bed - a whole 18 hours before it was due, so that put my mind at rest, knowing I could travel and be where I needed to be. So quick. Appointment took less than 10mins to get PCR fit to fly test done. Was next day result but received certificate same day!

Pre flight COVID test was a necessary evil for travel to Italy. Medwyn made it easy to book in, pay and find. Result came through very quickly and Lucy did a great job of keeping it light hearted and as painless as possible.

Lucy was outstanding at doing our pre flight pcr tests. She was friendly, professional, but most of all so understanding in our stress of needing the negative results to go to Australia to finally see our son. She even contacted us after receiving the results with a lovely message.

The whole process was fantastic from easy booking to prompt results. I have already recommended you! As a Dorking resident the location is very convenient and in lovely clean, bright offices. In particular the nurse, Sue, who did our tests, was excellent - she explained the process fully and conducted the test, generally a very unpleasant process, with gentleness and care. She exuded professionalism, was very careful with all the paperwork, and was warm and friendly.
