This couldn't have been easier! I did some Google research for fit-to-fly antigen tests and this company looked to have a straightforward service and it was! Customer service answered my questions in advance quickly in a friendly and professional manner. My tests arrived quickly and with thorough, simple instructions. Easy to upload the required photos and the results and certificates were emailed back within the hour. Great service all round!

I got my covid documents back before my flight the next day and got them delivered through email which made it so simple to use.

I cancelled my order for a travel lateral flow Covid test within a couple of days of receiving it, and as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulation, I have a right to full refund. This was continually refused and no explanation provided. Saying ‘we’ve incurred costs’ is not an explanation - both acts override the retailer’s terms. The test has not been open and is sealed so medwyn could easily resell it. I was then offered £3.50 as an act of goodwill, which, together with the poor customer service, is appalling. Perhaps other services within medwyn offer better customer experience, or not, I couldn’t possibly comment on that. But I would not recommend Medwyn OH to anyone wanting to purchase covid travel tests.

Second time used Medwyn for supervised antigen test for my cruise. Testing kit arrived the very next day at the exact time slot. Friendly health advisor on video appointment explained what was needed. Up-loaded required photos, then negative certificate issued to me via email within 30 minutes. A really good service.
