These guys have been excellent with advice and some hand holding to get the right paperwork and tests for my work trips. |It has been really important to me to have the confidence that I have things correct and they have helped massively. They may not be the cheapest out there, but you get more than you pay for, and if you are going to risk a work trip or holiday on making sure you have the right tests, go with them

I arrived 1 1/2 hours early as we allowed for hold ups on the motorway, fortunately we didn't experience any hold ups. On arrival I asked if you could bring my appointment forward, everyone was extremely helpful and within 10 minutes you kindly carried out my test. The lady who carried out the test was friendly and very caring. What a fantastic service and polite helpful friendly staff, Thank you.

I had Day 2, 5 and 8 tests in-person at their Dorking clinic in late June/early July after returning from an amber list country. Their website is very easy to use, their system is very well set up and their communication is prompt and clear. All three of my tests were between 10.30 and 11.30 am at their clinic and I received my results by email around 10 pm the same day, well before their guarantee by 6pm the next day. All staff I encountered, both at the clinic and on the phone, were friendly, helpful and professional. I can highly recommend their service.

What a fantastic service from Medwyn OH. This company were knowledgable and efficient. Organising the correct swabs for our holiday seemed complicated but they made the whole process easy. When we required a refund for part of the order they did it without hesitation. Thank you
