However they don‘t take any responsibility if anything goes wrong with Royalmail, so if you need results quickly, use in-person service. Swabs sticks that come with the kits are much bigger than standard (for example compared to the ones in nhs kits), so it‘s difficult to take the nasal swab on your own.

I needed no PCR test going and arriving back to uk , but whilst away in a Amber country our government changed the guild lines , so to arrive back into the uk i needed a PCR test , that was easy in a clinic on the island but I needed to have tests day 2 & day 8 booked before I flew , The best company ever , easy contact , email arrived well in advance before my flight home, arrived home tests arrived well ontime for my day 2&8 tests , easy explanation, easy to follow and to do and to post within quarantine measures , I'll definitely use this company again 100% very very easy takes the complication of the government away as you know exactly what is expected , brilliant

United Kingdom | 12 July 2021Good experience on the testing day and results arrived the next morning before they were supposed to. The only thing I did not like is that I booked an appointment at 10.30 and somehow the day before the appointment they sent me an email saying they had to change the time and made it an hour later. Same for my husband. They should have contacted us first to let us know and explain why and also check if it was convenient. As it is we had to change our program that morning to accommodate the new time for the PCR which is not great when you have a busy day before going away.
