We ordered video supervised 4 antigen tests to be able to return back from Colombia via the US. It was extremely stressful as our bus was delayed by 4 hours meaning that we missed our video time slot. We also had no phone reception to call the company, I could only email them. Medwyn went above and beyond, moving our appt twice and then fast tracking our results on the morning of our flight, so that we could check in. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

It was very straightforward- easy to do. Lucy was awesome - took away some of the stress of going away. Would definitely recommend.

Seamless. Test arrived as booked, the consultant was on time, he was very lovely relaxed and put me at ease ( I hate technology ) He explained what to do and Medwyn admin is brilliant. Lots of reminders by email and text about the appointment, easy cancellation link . if needed ( I didn't). I read Trust pilot reviews of a number of providers before choosing Medwyn and I can agree with the majority that my experience has been excellent. I couldn't fault it. Bearing in mind I needed a test on Easter Sunday ( day before I fly) there were lots of appointments to choose from. Personally I hope that we don't have to go through the stress of the paper work of COVID testing in order to fly for much longer, but if we do I would use Medwyn again.

kit easy to use and delivered speedily. Test taken in Italy. Upload via phone to Medwyn site was easy. I was concerned the image may not be clear enough for the staff to scan the test result. However there was an online chat facility. George who was on duty checked and reassured me the test was scannable and had been received. Result came through within an hour to my email and phone. Got a covid test for travel to Faro in Portugal. Book before 10:50 and you can sometimes get the result the same day. All good, test was accepted at Gatwick and no checks the other end. Hopefully the nonsense of testing for an endemic virus ends soon though.
