FIRST OF ALL THIS ORDER BE55508 TOOK FAR TOO LONG TO REACH ME. IT WAS ORDERED ON 28TH AUGUST 2023 AND DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL 12TH SEPTEMBER 2023. THAT IS 15 DAYS ... WHEREAS AN ORDER PLACED WITH BRITISH CORNER SHOP ARRIVED IN UNDER A WEEK! THIS ORDER WAS ALSO NOT PACKED VERY WELL LEAVING ALL THE ITEMS WHICH WERE CARDBOARD BOXES OF CEREALS AND MR KIPLING PIES TO GET KNOCKED AROUND AS NO SECURE CARDBOARD LIKE PACKAGING TO HELP SEPARATE THEM AND HELP PREVENT THE BOXES FROM GETTING SQUASHED :-( TASTE IS STILL AS GOOD BUT THE LOOK IS LESS THAN APPEALING ANOTHER HUGE PROBLEM WITH BRITISH ESSENTIALS IS THAT THEY HAVE TOTALLY ABANDONED ME ON ORDER BE55097 - WHEREBY THEY DECIDED TO SEPARATE MY ORDER INTO TWO PACKAGES - ONE CONTAINING ALL THE FOOD AND THE OTHER CONTAINING JUST ONE SMALL ITEM, 60g TUBE OF SAVLON ANTISEPTIC CREAM WHICH STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED!!! But I tried it first time, they're really quick to respond for any questions you have. After I ordered, I received a confirmation right away with the tracking information. I recommended this website if you need anything from it.

Thank you for replying to my review, but I don’t think you even read it properly. As like I said go into your return address is an abandoned warehouse where there is no signs or anyone working. I spoke to the people next door and they said they haven’t seen anyone there for a very long time. I don’t get where you guys are running this business from probably your garage at home But the communication is an absolute joke I take it the phone number for a business it’s just a phone that constantly rings for the amount of times. I’ve tried to get in contact with you. I can’t see how you’re going to Refund Me as well or even send the right items considering you should’ve done that in the first place, and you even wrote on the delivery note that you’ve sent to us that we were refund these, and it has never appeared best thing is paid PayPal and they’re going to sort it .

EDIT: 17 Oct I received an email from the company, and they offered me a refund. I am glad this issue was resolved, but I am still a bit disappointed that it occurred after my review. I am satisfied with the outcome and thus have changed my stars from 1 to 3. -------------------------------------- I have received the wrong items, a total of 15 bottles of Olive Oil worth £200. I ordered Filippo Berio Olive Oil 750 ml, but instead received Filippo Berio Special Selection Extra Virgin Olive Oil 750 ml. Additionally, DHL left a note saying that one bottle broke, so they had to repackage my parcel. I have sent countless emails and called a lot of times. I have not received any replies, and phone keeps ringing. I have been ordering from this company a long time, since 2017. As a loyal customer, I am incredibly disappointed that they treat their customers like this. I have tried to contact them in any way I can and nothing. I am stuck with the wrong items that I can’t use, and one bottle that broke. I have no way to get a refund. Beware of this company, once they make a mistake they will not help you.

I wanted to order some British staples unable to buy in the country where I now live. These people are insanely expensive, (nevermind the negative reviews they are garnering). For example Brit essentials : 33zl Brit super store : 19 zl Brit corner shop (a part of Waitrose - not renowned for catering to the working class) : 20 zl

Received as ordered, no problems with this purchase

I spent over $270 with them, and they sent the wrong order. Instead of what I ordered, they sent me 10 individual snacks. I emailed them for a refund on Saturday, 9/30. I originally wrote this review on Wednesday, 10/4 because I had heard nothing from them. Interestingly enough, they finally email me back on 10/5 after I left this review (and after I already contacted my credit card company that I used to make the purchase). To which they are trying to offer me a partial refund, instead of the full refund that they owe me. I originally ordered 10 of the following for a group of students traveling: Graze Lemon Drizzle Flapjack Box 53g (costs $26.19 each) Instead, they sent me 10 of the following: Graze Flapjack Lively Lemon 53g (costs $5.79 each) Now they want to keep my shipping costs and partial of the costs related to the order, even though they sent me the wrong items. Go read all the one star reviews for this company. All of the one star reviews are correct. They send the wrong items, have horrible customer service, and are giving off scam vibes. Save your time, money, and sanity and order elsewhere.

The size options were ideal for a longer trip! Although, now I need to order more labels to help with the change in use. They didn’t leak, nor spill on the various modes of transportation and handled a few drops along the way.
