I placed an expensive order which never arrived. I have emailed them several times and they do not respond. Do not order from this company They claim it was delivered but it was not

All went well. Shipment from Uk long probably due to Brexit otherwise all good!

I am delighted with what I ordered. I simply cannot get these products easily in Canada anymore. I also appreciated that what you charged was exactly what was owed. There were not added fees for delivery or customs.

You must be joking! Is this a scam? I ordered biscuits weeks ago which never arrived. The order number is not recognised and seems to be shipped by DHL Asia! To where? I’m in the South of France. Criminal activity? I have been asked to edit this after lots of apologies and a resend, by which time I had cancelled the payment for non arrival of my biscuits. Predictably, the resend never arrived with a major kerfuffle over tracking numbers: was it La Poste, was it DHL? Biscuits last claimed somewhere in France two weeks ago. Today disappeared again. Thank heavens that Barclays got my money back from them. All this is reminiscent of a Chinese scam.

Happy with the products and very nicely packaged but beware of delivery times, not sure if you can pay for faster shipping. I saw the reviews and was hoping that I would get lucky (expected delivery was 3-5 working days) it took 1week and few days to arrive.

The products were exactly what I ordered, and they tasted great. I got two kinds of HP sauce, curry baked beans. I got mulligatawny soup that I havent tried yet. The only downside was that the cap of one of the HP bottles was cracked, and there was a small but messy leak to clean up. Overall, I would buy these again if I could not find them locally.

All items were already expired.

Everything came within the promised timeframe. British Essentials has a wide variety of products and I will again order from them in the near future.

The two boxes of Booja-Booja chocolates were melted in places. None of the others were melted including Lindt which are quite soft so I suspect that the Booja-Booja melted before they were packed in my delivery box. Thanks for the refund, appreciated.

What's impressive, is the wide range of products available to order. This is helpful to me as I have a health condition requiring me to be very selective of the products to order. The orders I've made are always packed with care. Thank you!
