The Jamaican Ginger Cake is a product we can't seem to get hold of in the Republic of Ireland anymore . They were part of friends Xmas presents because they love it . But to be perfectly honest I won't be doing that to often being a pensioner it worked out very expensive. Thanks

Products received were great, and in a timely manor! However they did not have about a third of my order in stock. I was not notified of this until after they had shipped my order. Had I known, I may have chosen substitutes for those items.

I was asked by them to update my review which I will gladly do. Since my last review things have actually managed to get worse, which is quite an accomplishment! My Christmas order has come in dribs and drabs, the second one this morning, well after the holidays and this time I had to pay a customs fee which cost more that the items in the package. I have written many emails to the company only to be told sorry but items are being held in customs. I am not sure if this is a scam or just incapable staff.

I have placed an order at the beginning of December. They only processed it 1 week later after I chased them (twice). They promise 5-8 delivery from dispatch but the stuff has arrived 20 days later or not at all. For some reason they also prepare several parcels rather than just one for relatively small orders. Do they tell you? Of course not! Their customer service is as useful as a fork to eat soup. They just look at the tracking and tell you 'oh well it's stuck at customs'. Do they know that getting it through customs is their responsibility? Of course they do, but they decide to ignore it. Do they refund orders? No they don't. Stay away from them, they're closer to a scam than a legit online shop.

Complete order arrived as ordered. And none with short due dates which was great. Well packaged so nothing broken. With thanks.

I did have some worries about the delivery of my order, since it was traveling to the USA, and a decent amount of time had passed before I received any notices from the company. After I reached out, the company was very helpful and I got my updates, and I received my package. The products were great and my boyfriend was able to have a taste of home!!

Stay well away from this company they take your money for items listed as in stock then inform you they dont have stock and despite asking how you wish to proceed they never answer any request for refund.Im out of pocket nearly £30 and no responces from email other than we will reply within 48hours ..they never do. In hands of bank now.
