My order came quicker than I thought it would. I live in the US. Some of the product was smashed but that’s to be expected. The cookies (.biscuits) were delicious. Highly recommend this company

British Essentials worked with me on a personal basis to rectify a mistake I made in the address of the recipient! I mean, personal, people, like emailed me. Being in the States I’m not used to that level of customer care, so I was delighted. I definitely recommend their first rate service.

We ordered a case of Coca-Cola for shipment to the USA because the UK version is so much better and have less bad stuff them than the US version. Spent way too much to get it shipped but they are great.

I made the greatest mistake by ordering from this non-reputable company. I ordered from the USA and upon receiving the box, 3 items were missing. I sent an email explaining the problem and went to the company's contact and sent the same email. They chose not to reply. I should have done my research regarding this company and then I would have avoided this disorganize place. Also, one of the snacks which immediately went in the bin tasted horribly and was expiring in 10 days. In the USA selling expired food results in a hefty fine, apparently not so in the UK. I've used other British companies and they were EXCEPTIONAL not as shameless or untrustworthy as this company who willfully and negligently avoid their distressed customers. Will definitely never get another USD dollar from me.

Viime aikoina sitä ei enää ole löytynyt kaupoista ja netissäkin tuote on loppu (mutta erittäin halpaa). Onneksi sitten löytyi tämä ja ostin loppuelämäkseni saippuoita. 16 kpl, täytyy elää niin että saan kaikki kulutettua, mukaan ei kuulemma saa ottaa.
