I have been using this product for over 20 years now since I was living in the UK. Now that I am residing in the USA I looked for it but got none. So I had to order my seasoning from British Essentials. Product is of the same high quality, customer service is great but the only downfall is the length of time it took in getting to me. Otherwise, all is top notch! I will be placing another order again - this time for 12 bottles.

Love the black/red pepper. The delivery tracking was ridiculous, however. It said there was an attempted delivery to someone in ausgewiesen, US and then finally delivered to Brüel, US. Then it suddenly appeared at my mailbox. Given I am in Idaho Falls, ID, that is pretty pathetic. Sad that your product is great but DHL delivery tainted my experience.

Despite damage of goods upon arrival, the items were replaced quickly and shipped to me.

They tricked me into ordering two items which were unavailable, only notifying me when the whole package had arrived. My experience: Paying 150GBP and I didn't get the items I made the order for.

I find it very misleading, there’s a Canadian flag right in the top right corner to imply you are ordering from a Canadian subsidiary, but what they don’t mention is you are going to be hit with a 30% duty and brokerage fee when your package arrives. For an exporter they should clearly state this. Most exporters I have dealt with in the past take care of this up front. So be aware. They actively entice you to buy more to save on shipping, but then you are hit with an exorbitant importing and brokerage fee.

Fast service always well packaged

Parcel arrived, pretty well packaged, the unavailable items were refunded without being asked. The problem was the rather long 12 days delivery from ordering. The website says 5-7 days from dispatch (which was true), but fails to inform that it can take 7 days from order receipt to being ready to dispatch, which is a surprisingly long time when competitor companies seem to be able to turn it around in 48 hours or less.

Everything was fine except for the plain chocolate digestives, all packs of which had around 50% of the biscuits broken, which was disappointing ad they are my favourite biscuits which aren't available here in Poland.
