And Wooden Cork has the audacity to ask customers to include a tip for their warehouse employees?! I've officially made my last purchase with them.

United States | 02 January 2025It has been 16 days since ordered, most of my online orders are received within 8 - 10 days. Past 2 orders have shipped in 3 days each time, this order took 9 days to ship and have not received in 8 days yet.

United States | 31 December 2024Place two orders on December 15, 2024. Both others were holiday gifts. Paid for standard shipping. In the past two years, I spent approximately $70,000 with wooden cork. Normally the item would ship the next day and I would receive my delivery the following day since it ships from San Diego and I live in LA on December 20. I checked and the order has not been shipped. I left three phone messages saying I’d like the order shipped. I received an email on December 22 saying my order has not been shipped. I requested the order ASAP. Check again, it has not been shipped. On December 30, received an email saying one of my 2 orders have shipped. I never receive such a bad service in the past. Taking my business somewhere else. Highly disappointed..

United States | 29 December 2024NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered a bottle to be delivered 3-5 days on December 17. Instead they did not ship it until December 27 to be delivered January 8. Inexcusable! And to my boss of all people. Infuriating!

United States | 28 December 2024I ordered a Christmas gift from Wooden Cork on December 13, 2024 at 6:30am MST. On December 19, 2024 I sent am email asking about my order as I had not received any email/shipping. On Decemeber 21 Cass from Wooden Cork responded...."We have your order everything is ok and if needed we will ship 2 day." Never received anything else. On December 26, 2024 I received an email canceling my order due to lack of product. They held my order and money for two weeks knowing they would not fulfill my order. I suggest you use other online retailers with better business practices.

United States | 27 December 2024Ordered a Blanton's bundle around $600. One bottle was damaged in shipping and leaked out 2-3 ounces around the seal. Labeling reeks of alcohol. I purchased the shipping insurance for $28. I was offered a $40 refund which was only available if you purchased the insurance. Now I have a bottle purchased for a Christmas gift that I would be embarrassed to give to anyone. Beware their "resolution options" as they are ridiculous. Will not be making future purchases as they do not stand behind their product.

Expected delivery will take a week to get here. Won't ever order from them again. Don't bother messaging customer service ...they are useless.

United States | 20 December 2024This was my first order from Wooden Cork. I ordered two bottles of Blanton's, along with a couple of glasses and a bottle of Evan Williams. The Blanton's bottles both arrived with broken wax seals. One had leaked just a few drops of it's contents, but the second bottle had leaked several ounces into its packaging. Both were meant to be gifts. All of the bottles in my order were shipped laying horizontal in the box. When Wooden Cork was contacted I was told there is a known issue with beaking wax seals and leaking contents with Blanton's products. If that is the case Wooden Cork should at least ship products in a box that indicates it has to remain in an upright position(THIS END UP) during shipping and storage along its journey. It was poorly and improperly packaged by Wooden Cork for a KNOWN shipping issue, in my opinion. And when I contacted customer service about the issues with my order(after being told in the review request sent by Reputon that they would "do anything to make it right"), I recieved a trite, unprofessional, self-righteous email saying that they know about the probability of broken wax seals and contents leakage with Blanton's products, that I as a customer(who has NEVER ordered this type of product before) should have known/looked up this probable issue, and that even thought I purchased the shipping insurance for my whole order(over $350 worth of products) I would only be offered a $30 refund as compensation. I will NEVER order these types of products from Wooden Cork again, will NOT recommend them to anyone, and will activly steer customers away from them whenever possible in the future. P.S. I have now (5 days later) tried several times to contact Reputon or Wooden Cork directly to see if they are truly willing to "make it right", and have thus far only received automated emails stating that someone will contact me in the next 24-48 hours. No actual person has responded to remedy this situation. Therefore, Reputon and Wooden Cork customer service is apparently inept and useless. Good Luck if you have trouble with your order.

This is a company who obviously understands the need to have a robust customer service infrastructure built into the back end of their business. I had an ordering issue that could have resulted in a great deal of stress and frustration this holiday if not handled immediately, and Wooden Cork remedied it. I'd highly recommend this company to all.
