The product was packed so well and I appreciated it as it was expensive. I contacted customer service for my tracking number and they immediately responded to my request. United States | 23 April 2024I order Frank Sinatra JD, the shipping time was good(abt a wk in a half). Upon receiving my bottle I notice there was no fragile sticker on the box. I open it, and it was wrapped good but the bottle was broke at the neck. I called UPS first and called Wooden Cork nxt no answer so I sent an email. I called back 20 minutes later and got an answer she said I just sent you an email send me pics while we are on the phone, I did. They instantly shipped out a bottle that I received within 5 days, no extra charge,and bottle is all gd. Only reason I gave them a 4 is bc this box didn’t have fragile stickers on it either lol.

I was ripped off with the Wooden Cork Shipping Protection - 200.00-299.00. I have had friends tell me... Never order anything from California. Nothing good comes from that state.

United States | 11 April 2024After waiting nearly two months for my order, I called to cancel. I was told by Ken that I would receive an email to confirm the cancelation within 48 hours. That was nearly 1 week ago. My order has yet to be canceled and I have not been refunded. I believe an update from the company explaining a shipment delay would be better than ghosting your customers. I called several times, but only after I left a voice-mail concerning their credibility, did I receive a call back. I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing from this company. - Still waiting for my $150 refund.

United States | 02 April 2024BEWARE when ordering. The processing and shipping times are presented as giving an option of expedited. The fine print is "1-9 days". I was expecting within two business days. Wasted $49.99 and frustration on this. Will reconsider my purchase for business with a faster process and go with a known source!

United States | 25 March 2024They vastly overcharge for shipping vs. what it actually costs them and what market competitors charge and take way too long to process orders. Even the one time I paid for expedited order processing due to a time constraint, they still didn't fulfill it within their promised time (but did refund that charge once I brought it to their attention). Three things that would make them much better would be 1) processing orders quicker (especially ones of frequent/high dollar customers), instead of having to wait 7+ days for fulfillment, 2) providing UPS shipping options as most others in their market do, which are not only better, but up to 2x cheaper for the customer, and 3) update and correctly reflect inventory, as I had an order canceled multiple days after it was placed due to being out of stock (when it was reflected as being in-stock).

No real feedback as to when my order will be sent as they don't know when stock is coming. And no apology or refund for their own mistake.

I paid 42.50 for shipping one bottle of Eagle Rare to a clients on March 8, and as of today -it has not been delivered. When I reached out and complained that I had paid for expedited shipping, they (very politely) responded to me and told me that’s their standard shipping. When I complained today that it was still not there, nearly 2 weeks later, they (very politely) responded to me that 7 to 9 days is normal for shipping. I responded (very politely) that I will never do business with them again. So I’m (very politely) suggesting that no one do business with Wooden Cork. Find a local retailer and pay them to deliver.

United States | 15 February 2024Was a bit iffy about trying them out. Placed a 500 dollar order of tequila. And arrived in 2 weeks. Not bad, good things are worth waiting for. Other websites take longer to ship out. Bottles where in great shape and well wrapped. Definitely will become my go to website. As a reminder rare good liqour Is hard to find. So if you really want it. You must wait.

Contacted them and was told 'working on it'. 14 days later, still nothing. Now reading long list of dissatisfied customers. I put dispute with cc company to cancel. Contacted Wooden also. Either just poor service or maybe scam.

When it hasn't delivered/shipped in over 2 weeks I contacted them about the status and they just said "sometimes it can take awhile". I then told them to cancel and they replied "sure for 10% merchant fee". I think they're just farming orders so people eventually cancel and they can charge 10%. Stay far away

United States | 11 January 2024I placed an order with them, but they have not shipped it (it has been 2 weeks) and they have been impossible to contact. They don't reply to emails and no one answers their phone number. I will have to take this up with my credit card company, since I'm not sure this is even a real company that ships alcohol at this point.

United States | 06 January 2024This company is a scam. I spent $200 on a bottle and they tell me it was delivered. I explained that my friend never received it. They told me “talk to your credit card company”….zero accountability or willingness to help. Avoid buying from them at all costs!
