I have never had an issue with this or my previous purchases at shock warehouse. Pricing is way better than my local parts suppliers and carry the brand that I prefer - KYB.

Initially, I was very impressed with the service that I received. Johnny was very pleasant and helpful on the phone, verifying that I had indeed ordered the correct parts, and it was an enjoyable transaction. When my parts arrived, they were not the correct parts. I don't know if there was a restocking error or a cataloging error, or what happened, but the parts that arrived were not the correct replacement parts. After many phone calls to shockwharehouse, the manufacturer, and several trips to the local auto parts store as well as my mechanic, it was determined that the parts were just the wrong parts. Shockwarehouse finally gave me a return number and accepted the return parts. Delivery was confirmed. That was four months ago, and I have yet to receive a refund even though I was told it would be processed in three days. I have called, emailed, chatted, and now I don't even get a response. They refuse to return emails, answer calls, or accept chants. I understand that mistakes happen. All I'm asking for is a refund for the incorrect parts that were sent. If the issue is resolved, I will gladly update my review, but at this time I cannot recommend choosing shockwarehouse.

Description of item was accurate but was stated in a way that made it sound different than it was. Only after I recieved the shocks did I re-read the description the right way. It should have stated that these were a passive system rather than saying in a very positive way that it defeats the electronic system in the vehicle. Trying to call was another story. You get a message that all reps are busy and for immediate service use the chat feature on the website then it hangs up on you. I tried the chat feature and immediate to them was somewhere north of 30 minutes. Gave up and sent a msg to call me. Max did call me back pretty fast and was very nice, He understood my frustration and offered to take the shocks back with no restock fee, He also sent me a call tag so that I could save on the return shipping. It was to cost me $30 total. The original free shipping of $15 and return shipping of $15. I agreed and sent them out as soon as I got the UPS label. They only refund on the 15th and 30th and they have to have checked in your return before those dates. The recieved my return on 5/3. I thought maybe I would get my refund issued on the 15th. Nope. So then I figured they wer backed upon checking things in and it woud be the 30th. Nope. I called on 6/11 and they still hadn't issued the refund. They sasid there were alot of notes on the order and it evidently confused them. They would get the refund issued that day. Nope. They did finally issue it on 6/14 and to there credit the refund me in whole, no shipping charges. That was very nice after all the issues. Would have rated them higher had they been faster to react and easier to contact.

I called to replace 2 of the front shocks, they sent me the wrong shocks! They told me i had to return them, but also have to pay to return and also i wouldnt get my full refund back, why do I have to pay for 2 wrong parts and also thats not my fault their workers or whoever sent me the wrong parts. This is so frustrating dealing with this problem as it is.

The product I ordered was late to arrive. When my mechanic told me it was not the part he needed, I requested return. I was not aware of the 20% restocking fee, but returned the part anyway. After 9 weeks, I finally received my refund. It was way less than I expected and the difference was way more than the 20% restocking fee. I will not use this website again and will be sure to pass along the bad experience to everyone I can.

Shipping took much longer than expected. Had to continually reach out to find out changed ship date twice. Web site not very conducive to being able to track status of order and shipment ship dates and delivery dates.

Dealing with shock Warehouse was very good. They had the exact shocks I needed at the best price around. The only negative is that they charged shipping on what I considered to be a fairly large purchase and the shipping was very slow and the package did not have that far to travel, However, I would still purchase from them in the future and I would recommend them.

Order was not shipped after 7 days so I canceled the order. Customer service was helpful once I FINALLY got a hold of them. Took over 2 hours to get someone to talk to.

Had to grind a 45 degree angle on the spacer on the lower mounting point. Not impressed with this shocks!
