No hiccups..KYB..mono max work great on my Tacoma.. Came on time and was fairly priced...

Price was great, communication not so much. Difficult to contact and get answers on the order status. I ordered a set of four shocks but received three, one was on back order. There was no explanation given with the shipment until I tried chatting on line.

Easy to find what I needed, fast shipping, shocks fit my RV perfectly!

Customer service is not known to these guys! I had to call twice to get refund after "we can get them...in 10-12 weeks". Of course their site said in stock. won't be back. Pay a little more if you have to, to avoid them.

Prices are great! There was a delay in shipping caused by Koni, that I feel the shock warehouse could have communicated to me better instead of leaving me in the dark until I called to inquire about my order.
