It took 3 weeks to get my order. No one ever answered the 800 # in 7 tries. The live chat thing I tried 8 times, waited at least 15 minutes every time and then finally got someone to answer.

While shipping was delayed and I only found out by calling, the overall experience was excellent. The right product delivered a few days late but, being retired, I had no deadline to install these. I highly recommend shock warehouse as the prices cannot be beat! Shipping is free, too, which is a big PLUS.

Everything was fine. My order was on backodrder from the manufacturer. It would have been vice if they would have advised me of this before I had to call to find out why it was not being shipped.

The shocks didn’t fit my Tahoe even though the website says they will. Wasted hours of time and had to put old blown shocks back on the car.
