Upgrade the shocks on our 2010 GMC 2500HD. I had zeroed in on Bilstein B6 4600 on all four corners. Shopped local and coast to coast. ShockWarehouse provided the me with the best combination of price, ease of finding the exact product, and shipping. Ordered Friday morning, on my door step the following Tuesday morning. At Hermantown Service Center where they were installed, all five mechanics were very impressed. Ride and handling notably improved. Hands down, without question. They don't respond to your needs after the sale, very poor and unacceptable customer service. I had to dispute my credit card charges because there was no communication from them on my warranty return.

Your company sends me incorrect and damaged struts. It took four weeks to to receive. When calling your employees were rude crude and socially unacceptable and I have to pay for shipping. I will never use you again and will make sure every tech I know. Knows how I was treated. I been in the auto industry for 30 years. I never saw such poor customer service.

Got the wrong part at first listing is for only one type of stabilizer hook up. Returns was fairly easy and I got what I needed and it works great.

love the site--and the deals--BUT it is 120 degrees here-- so waiting for cooler weather to put the shocks on the truck. Will comment on product after that if you all still want our opinion. Sincerely

The worst online store I ever encounter.

Great selection, decent prices and especially like the free shipping option. Shipping was reasonably fast but I would suggest that you check availability before you order. I believe the system will allow you to order and pay without knowing the actual status of the stock level. Overall, my experience was positive.
