I called 7 days after placing an order to check on status and was told there was a delay in shipping because the manufacturer was late getting the shocks to Shockwarehouse. Was told the order would ship next day (coincidence?) however my order shipped two day later. Got what I ordered and that's what mattered. Speedier order filling and I would give a better rating.

I received the shocks in a timely manner. My 06 Dodge dually 4x4 with Lance 1181 camper rides much better with the bilsteins installed.

The right shocks shipped very quickly....! Rv shocks are expensive, so I spent quite a bit of time searching and checking prices. These were the lowest price listed at the time that I found anywhere.

John and his guys were awesome. I did a lot of research before I decided on the Bilstein 5100's for my stick height Ford F250 King Ranch Crew Cab. A friend referred me to ShockWarehouse, and I will be doing the same. The shocks arrives in 2 days. They also referred me to a great mechanic to install them, yes, I'm lazy, but couldn't be happier with Picasso!

Ive not yet put them on my truck, their here in short time and look fine, happy with that...will share more later!!

I needed rear shocks for my Chevy Colorado. I have a 2 inch lift on it. The sales person recommended Bilstien shocks that would fit a Chevy Silverado with 2 inch lift. I said I had a Colorado and he said they were interchangeable between vehicles. Needless to say, the shocks fit but without the metal insert between the bushing that the large bolt goes through. I had to instal them due to my stock shocks not fitting and a big job towing a trailer that day... One day later, the shocks fell off my truck. Just the motion of the truck moving caused the rubber bushing to loosen up the top bolts, causing them to fall off. Shocks are ruined. I ordered the correct shocks from Summit Racing the next day and they fit perfect. I’m out $180 and will never do business with Shock Warehouse again. And yes, I’m aware that I shouldn’t of mounted them without the insert. I had no choice due to work that day. The salesperson needs to get there information correct.....

Was just able to get the time and the Monterey Van, to install them this weekend. The top nut has a keeper on it, so the removal and installation was easy.
