I bought new Bilstein 4600's for my 2006 GMC K2500HD. Great price! Great shipping! Great shocks!

I ordered shocks for a '98 Foretravel U320 based on the Shockwarehouse website. 8805 1010 for the rear shccks and 8805-1011 for the front. The 8805 1011 indicated they were for front and Tag Axle. However the 1011 shocks do not extend far enough for the front of the RV and had to replace them with 8805-1010 shocks. Cost time and $$. Suggest updating website.

Ordering was a breeze, order arrived earlier than expected and the shocks were a perfect fit all at a good price. I have ordered from Shock Warehouse before and will again in the future when needed.

I realize that many of the negative responses relate to poor customer service received after an order was placed so I cannot speak to that. I ordered front and rear KYB struts for my older Avalon. Prices and shipping were reasonable to Hawaii. I was a little hesitant because of the negative reviews but my shipment was timely and complete. I was able to do the installation without any issue based on numerous DIY videos on YouTube.

5 Star prices, 1 Star Customer Service = 3 Star rating. I paid $20 extra to have 2 rear shocks and 2 front struts delivered in 2 days so the mechanic could install these over the weekend... 2 shocks and 1 strut arrived. No text, email or phone call to say they’re out and on a 2+ week back order. Customer Service at least refunded the extra $20 I paid for shipping but very frustrating to place an order only to receive a complete order well over 2 weeks later with ZERO notification.

One strut box came in damaged. Strut seems OK though.

I placed order of struts to shockwarehouse and the top mounting plates with rock auto. Received the mounting plates from rock auto in two days I had to call shockwarehouse after a week went by and no updated status of my order. My call was answered by someone who told me that my shocks were shipped the night before and that my order status would be updated with shipping information, which later it was. The person who answered my call seemed "hurried", not friendly. By the way, you only have a 3 hour window to make calls to shockwarehouse. I must say no one had better prices on the struts and they did finally arrive OK but I think I will go elsewhere in the future and pay the extra for peace of mind.
