Great prices w/ free shipping . If you have a problem customer service refers you to the manufacturer who never answers . 2008 tundra bilstien rear Shocks didnt fit , had to make a spacer so the nut could thread all the way down . No big deal but the fact i needed extra parts and had to be on the phone forever is why i gave it 3 stars.

Took about 4 weeks to get my shocks but were a perfect fit when they showed up. Truck came with rancho 5000 so that's what I put back on except I upgraded to the 5000x.

The new shocks I purchased were what I expected and were sent to me in the short time frame I was told I would have them. When I get ready to replace the shocks on my other vehicles I most definitely will purchase from these guys.

Tried to cancel order after several weeks of no shipment and no communication. After one MONTH received shocks. I had already ordered from a reputable company and installed. No return information with this order. No returned phone calls. They are on ebay now for sale. Thanks so much for your abysmal customer service. Never again.

it took a month to get my shocks, during that time monroe has a rebate, but when i ordered no rebate was on, so i should have canceled order and reordered, didn't think that was necessary, i was wrong. the shocks are great, i will get over the rebate

Received a defective strut. I had to spend my own money to send it back. It’s been about a week still haven’t received a replacement or refund.
