Placed an order on shocks that were in stock. Month later still haven’t arrived. Sent message requesting update and was never contacted back. Just requested to cancel order. Wait and see if they respond. How can a company continue to be in business with such poor reviews? That’ll teach me to not look beforehand

Almost 3 months and no parts. Or email. Or returned call. Or response to my chat message. Or response to my message on their website. I have cancelled order. Go elsewhere and save yourself time and grief . ..

Absolutely terrible company. Ordered a set of 4 shocks for my pickup. They sent the wrong parts. Ignored me for months and still haven’t refunded my $$ for the parts I paid to return to them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Very unprofessional

After being jerked around for more than 20 days because they didn't have my shocks in stock, I told them to stuff it and ordered elsewhere for the same price and free shipping. Go someplace else, Shockwarehouse is not a very good company and definitely not worth the aggravation.

Paid for two sets of shocks by Amex they then cancelled my order and increased the price of the shocks, refunded back to my card which cost me nearly a $150.00 in exchange rate fees. Do not do business with these sharks!!!

They will not reply to emails or phone calls. Online chat is disabled. Been waiting since 11/22 for my order which has already been paid for.

I would choose zero stars if it was an option. Avoid this company at all cost. I received a defective shock absorber, had to pay $22 return shipping, and a $15 "warranty charge". A month after they received the bad shock, I finally had to dispute the charge on my CC because they never credited me.

The only reason I give 1 star is because you can’t go any lower. They shipped incomplete parts order. Customer service is nonexistent. Furthermore, they are NOT an authorized Koni dealer.

PLACED ORDER THE END OF DECEMBER AND NOTHING, NO ONLINE HELP REPSPONSE OR COMMUNICATION OF ANY KIND. I AM GOING TO WORK ON A REFUND AND FILE COMPLAINT WITH BBB. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Several years ago I ordered a set of Bilstein shocks for my truck. Order was received and I installed the shocks, all was good. Then one shock went bad (leaked) and needed to be replaced under warranty. Shock warehouse customer service was terrible. After contacting them numerous times, I was finally told to ship the shock to Bilstein in CA at my expense for testing to verify it was bad. Had to buy a new one and was told they would refund after results of testing. Sent shock to CA, shock was tested, but nothing from shock warehouse. Called and emailed many times, they kept promising they would look into it and get back to me, but nothing. Finally gave up and ended up out of pocket for all of it. Will never do business with them again.

I have tried daily for two weeks by email, phone, text and even through Facebook to get ahold of someone to cancel a processed order from over a month ago and no reply. Order was over $400 so I may be seeking legal action

Tried to get an order status 5 times after receiving receipt that order was processed. Received no response from company via text, email, or phone. Go elsewhere for your shock needs, this company wants your money but d9nt deliver the product. Customer service is non existant.

I ordered shocks for my truck that were shipped and did not receive because they were damaged in shipment. They said they were refunded but however I hadn't received a dime. I WOULDN'T TRUST THEM!!!!

The same experience as everyone else. Ordered shocks and struts and received the receipt but no tracking after a week. I emailed using their form, no response. I used the live chat function and received a message from "Mike" who said that they are waiting on one part to arrive and will be shipping my order on 11/10 and i will receive the tracking number. On 11/12 i contacted again asking for the status, no response. I looked at my credit card statement and it appears that they canceled since the charges disappeared, but didn't tell me after 2 weeks waiting for them. I used them to support a small business and had reasonable prices, i didn't check the reviews before ordering. If you want to succeed in business, you actually need to run a business. If you can't fill orders, then shut down your website until you can.

I ordered Struts over 3 months ago!!! Never heard anything from them since?? They won’t answer phone calls,text, or e-mails! Bad business practices. I’m going to my bank today and pay a 30.00$ fee to Cancel the order! Never again

First time I ordered shocks they took my money and didn’t issue a tracking number. I finally got through a week later and they said the plant was closed due to covid and would reopen soon. After 10 days my money was added back and I called and told them to cancel. 2 weeks later I accidentally order from them again but a different brand. Same thing, they took my money and a week later still no tracking number. I called for a week before I got a response and somehow they automatically got my shocks headed to me the next day. Shocks show up but they are missing the rear pair. I finally get through and sent pictures of the package and they said it was damaged and they would get them right to me. Week later no tracking number so I called constantly for 3 days and they said they would be sent the next day. 2 days later i call back and finally get through. They said they would arrive in 3 days and they gave me a tracking number. Shocks finally showed up. Do not buy from these people they are crooks.

I gave them 1 star for recent support. My first experience several years ago was much better, but something has changed. I had a shock fail under warranty - it took two failed attempts and finally a third (and a couple of months later) that I made contact with them. Within an hour I finally got the RMA number to return the bad shock. I can't return the bad shock without having a new one to replace it, so I ordered it from them. A month later I still have not heard from them. I've made three more attempts since the order on 8/12/2020 to find out what is going on - no response. The only good news is that I have not been charged yet for the order, but will keep my eyes open. In light of the recent poor service, I will not use them again, nor would I recommend anyone else to use their services.

It is a company fraud they sell you products but they never send them, the customer service does not exist, they never answer the phone, they never answer the emails, they do not give you any information and obviously they do not return the money, I have months waiting for my shock or my money back. the most reliable is rockauto. ebay is full of scams too with imitation parts
