Stay away from these people. Took 8 days to get my order, and although they said they would provide a tracking number, they never did. Could not contact them by telephone or chat line. When the order finally arrived, it was delivered in a brown box that was twice the size it had to be, ripped up, and the shock absorber boxes inside the primary box were destroyed as there was no packing (no bubble wrap, Styrofoam padding or anything). When I opened the primary box, parts and shocks and remnants of the Bilstein shock boxes came sliding out. Unbelievable lack of quality control.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever worked with. I ordered a set of shocks and struts in June of 2019. After about a month I was told they were on backorder. I canceled my order, but never received a refund. I ended up getting two shocks. I returned them, but they never refunded my money. This is the first time I have been screwed out of money with proof of return. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they will not help. They said it is between me and the merchant.

Like so many others, I should have read these first. I ordered shocks for my motorhome, first four arrived quickly but soon I realized I had ordered the wrong ones. Totally my fault. I got back on line and gave them my VIN#, reordered the "correct" ones, but no sooner did that get done did I realize this order was wrong too and this time it was their fault. Credit card now charged twice, over $1,000 outstanding. Both orders have been returned now, one for nearly a month and no refund. I was told they they only process refunds on the 15th and 30th. Ok, I accepted that. But now after both have passed, still no refund. You call, no answer. Chat can take forever, if they get on at all. Next option is to call Visa and dispute the charges and hopefully get them involved in the conversation. I am glad to re-write this should they ever respond or refund my money, but for now, this stands.

Shockwarehouse is not to be trusted to deliver. Here's my story. In January 2018 I placed an order for Bilstein 22-249326 front shocks for a Sprinter RV on order # 189705. After a month of no response I wrote and was told they were on backorder. In August 2018 I wrote to ask for a refund. The guy replied with a suggestion for another brand. I replied that I wanted a refund. In December 2018 I asked for a refund again. On February 2019 I asked for a refund again. John D'Onofrio said he'd get with accounting and check. In April I followed up with John again. And again in June, each with no reply. After 2 years I still have no refund and no shocks. Don't trust these guys. They don't send as promised and keep your money.

Yep, it is that bad! Was given the wrong shock numbers when they looked it up by VIN, I questioned Fred about it, and he says they will fit. Decide I better research further first and glad I did, they were wrong! Was able to pull a number off old shock and cross to new ones. I called and asked Steve on another inquiry if the shocks I needed were in stock and got the confirmation, explained I was sitting in a rv shop waiting for them, asked about shipping, told will get them 4 to 5 days by ground shipping. So I placed order that moment. 2 days later, no shipping confirmation so I call, yep, not shipped yet, will go out on Monday I'm told... So here I sit. Found the rears somewhere else and had shipping confirmation with an hour. Do yourself a favor and buy your shocks any other place you might be able to find them. Oh, the other place was even $8 cheaper and free shipping, and the other people actually shipped them!

Truly horrible chat experience. The rep literally hung up on me and closed the chat window. There is currently no way to contact a supervisor or review my chat experience on their site. I was looking for a set of shocks for a vehicle that has a non-standard lift. I had all the specs for shocks he refused to help me. He said it was his job to sell shocks and not do research.

Horrible!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them! Nobody answers the phone or live chat. Anytime we finally got to talk to someone their answer was, it will ship "any day" now. Still waiting!!!

You know after i read some of the reviews i was afraid i had made a mistake ordering form this company and as it turns out those reviews have no merit from my experience with Shockwarehouse. I got exactly what i ordered and in the timeframe i was quoted, so if you want a reasonable price and good service.....you can use these guys and not worry about it! I really am amazed that this company is still in business. The worst customer service I have ever had. Ordered stock for overnight delivery and four days later still no part. Could not reach on the phone or their website and when I did get thru by continuously calling he told me lies about my part being lost by fedex and that there was no other shocks in the US. I finally called another shock dealer in WA and they are sending me the shock next day. They knew exactly what company I was referring to when I told them my situation. I have never been talked to so rudely by anyone as I was Shockwarehouse. When I asked him if they were having phone problems because I couldn’t get thru and his chat line was always offline he went ballistic. On there website they show a good star rating but this is false. Take the time to read the reviews this is a horrible company and hopefully this will save you some time, money and stress.

Shipping was not clear box's of box's . After install a call back was so hostle and rude . I see I made a huge mistake . Worst customer service from a guy who says I've been doing this30yrs.. Wow. Never expected such and experience.

brutal, worst company ever.... over 2 weeks to properly process the order, told me my bilsteins were back ordered. Call again, they said everything shipped. Nothing shipped. Email and call again this time i get a ups tracking number, tracking number doesn't work on UPS website - "unrecognizable" Still have no product 3 weeks after order. Fed up and doing a fraudulent claim through Visa. Terrible company...never use!

Freddy/Nathan depending on the day and if he knows who is on the phone is a complete piece of garbage that lies, screens calls and is a puke. These are by far the worst company online I have ever dealt with. Lie like hell. Won’t answer chats or phone. I cannot believe koni allows them to sell their products. Got so sick of their crap I ordered the koni from ultra RV products. Will be here in 4 days. I have learned a good lesson. Bad reviews have a reason and shock ware house gives plenty of reasons. Terrible Terrible business!

I ordered 4 shocks online (shockwarehouse,com) on August 13th. They didn't arrive until August 30th. In between those dates I would call requesting a tracking # and nobody would answer the phone after 15-20 minutes. I tried calling several times. My emails were ignored. I lucked out this time since they shipped me the right shocks and they arrived intact (so I didn't have to go through the nightmare of trying to return them). They are horrible communicators. The web site itself is fine but the Customer Service is seriously lacking. Before I was informed they shipped the shock, I ordered the same shocks on Amazon and the rear shocks arrived the same day. I returned those with no hassle at all. I will never order anything from this company again. They must know that their customer service is poor but it doesn't bother them since nothing changes. I wouldn't have used them at all if I had read the reviews before ordering. Two stars only because they shipped what I ordered.

Ordered 8 koni shocks 20 July, after waiting 2 week,After trying to reach someone by phone,chat and email. I would start ccalling @9 after several days and hrs of dialing them,was told shocks are on backorder but would be there 9 Aug, about 14 Aug went thru hassle of calling, email and chat (waited 25min no response), Finally got thru on Mon 26 Aug started calling @ 9 when open, phone will go to recording after 7 rings, was shocked to hear john and after 3x, was tolded they would be in 29 Aug.On 3 Sept went thru the routine, call x's,email,chat, Frank answered didn't know if koni shocks were in but would call me in 15 min, I'm still waiting. UNSAT, unbelievable a place can stay in business, it's a leadership problem.

Shock warehouse by my estimation is as bad as a company can get. I should have known, spidey sense was tingling big time when on my first call to these guys the salesman, Carlos Escalante became heated for seemingly no particular reason complaining about the feedback he gets from his customers while I was trying to place an order. I shrugged it off but I shouldn’t have. After I placed the order for a single shock, my mechanic determined the valve body was a likely culprit. So I contacted Shock Warehouse to tell them “if the shock has shipped, let it come”, but if not, I’d like to switch my initial order to a valve block. Carlos lit into me about how he’d spent time with me on the phone and how much trouble it would be to grab the box, and open it, and restock the part, and that there would be no restocking fee or shipping fee. I let it go at the time, checked back two days later and what Carlos actually did was contact FedEx and had my order cancelled “in transit” and returned to their warehouse. Wanting to get to the bottom of this before spending another dime with them, I contacted them again via chat and was again lit into by some other rep, sounded suspiciously like Carlos though in demeanor. I actually think it was the same guy, but if not they sure seem to share the same brain. I was told in chat they actually would charge me a restocking fee because I hadn’t ordered an additional part. Again, they called my order back from FedEx when I’d expressly told them not to and charged me a restocking fee for their mistake. I have two vehicles that will need everything swapped out before long, a ’12 GL450 and an ’06 Cayenne Turbo S. I’m their perfect target customer. Most of the cars I buy have air suspensions, looking at an ’07 S600 for fun. Getting the best price is great, but it’s not the best price if the supplier screws up, charges you for their mistakes and drag out the down time for your vehicle. My recommendation is you stay away from Shock Warehouse. They are a terrible company.

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. RUDE NASTY JERKS Selected standard major brand shocks and struts for 2015 vehicle. Paid for 3 day shipping, week later nothing here. Called. Finally got through and all the reviews about lies and rudeness are totally correct. They had not shipped shocks yet, gave excuses and then told me shocks would not be shipped till the next week. Operator got rude and nasty, told them I want total refund and (paid through third party service) and we will see if they refund. Glad I used third part pay service cause now I will just dispute / not pay from CC and let middle service fight them.
