Nach 2 Jahren hatte mein Glätteisen leider einen Kabelbruch. Nachdem ich 25€ für die Garantie Aktivierung und 7€ für den Versand bezahlt habe, habe ich innerhalb von 4 Tagen mein neues Gerät erhalten und Frau Karadeniz hat sich direkt um das Anliegen bemüht. Great curlers - broke but replacement arrived super quick warranty included

Ich habe mein defektes Golden Curl innerhalb einer Woche ersetzt bekommen. Schneller und freundlicher Kontakt.

I’m so disappointed with their service, I ordered so many items from them because at first the product was vary good but then they started not working. And since they offer 5 years warranty I contacted costumer service and here started the struggle they asked to pay for the return and on top pf that 22£ to “activate” the warranty which I payed even though i was so disappointed because the straightener and the curler just stopped working all of the sudden so paying 32£ for a product that costed me 90£ or something is a bit too much anyway this happened 2 weeks ago and i’m still waiting for the replacement i have send different emails asking to provide me a proof of their shipping but nothing they haven’t replied. I wish i never recommended this brand to anyone.

I'm happy about my Golden Curl product and about the customer service. During my warranty period I had an issue with the cable and golden curl team was so helpful and available for my questions and I got a new replacement product for only 25€. Highly recommend it! The straightener is really good

Sehr guter Service! Es wurde schnell Kontakt aufgenommen und das Anliegen zügig bearbeitet. Nach paar Tagen hatte ich ein neues Gerät gehabt und konnte mein kaputtes Gerät ohne Probleme einschicken. Ich habe mich gut aufgenommen gefühlt und werde mich in Zukunft wieder gerne an das Kundenservice wenden!!

I have tried many straighteners in my life. And the best one so far is the golden curl. The first one I’ve used around 5 years but suddenly it stopped working. I’ve noticed that the straightener had loose contact (the turning cable is probably the problem). I have bought a new one. And now again loose contact (turning cable and electricity). Can someone help me what to do? I don’t want to buy a new one again… (is this by the way an accruing problem?)
