Personne très ingrate. Je ne recommande absolument pas.

La mia piastra ha avuto un problema, l'assistenza è stata velocissima a risolvere il mio problema e a rinviarmi una nuova piastra.

Nach knapp 4 Jahren hat mein Glätteisen einen Wackelkontakt gehabt. Ich war darüber das ich die 5 Jahre Garantie hatte. War aber skeptisch , ob das alles so reibungslos funktioniert. Habe mich beim Kundenservice gemeldet mein Problem geschildert. Kurzes ausfüllen, das alte Gerät abschicken und keine Woche später kam das neue Gerät an. Ich bin so glücklich es wieder benutzen zu können. Für mich ist es der Glätteisen Nummer 1

Mein Glätteisen ist nach 4 Jahren nicht mehr heiß geworden. Habe es am Samstagabend reklamiert und mittwochs war mein neues Glätteisen schon bei mir. Super netter Kundenservice und absolut unkomplizierte Reklamation.

La livraison à été rapide. Il manquait le gant qui a été aussi envoyé dans un deuxième temps. Très réactifs et sérieux. Le produit est très facile d'utilisation et est le plus important, très performant. Les cheveux restent brillants et doux. Très satisfait.

J’ai pas reçu le lisseur, j’ai noir sur blanc que le lisseur a été retourné et je me bats depuis trois mois pour un remboursement j’habite en Allemagne, j’ai écrit des email ignorais totalement

J’ai été déçu que mon fer à boucler me lâche au bout de presque 2 ans. Néanmoins je suis contente de la rapidité à laquelle mon problème a été résolu. J’ai eu une réponse rapide et un nouveau boucleur rapidement.

Fast and easy handling. After activating the guarantee and paying the 20 euros I returned the broken device. Shortly after the customer support contacted me and made sure everything is going in the right way. I think after aprox. 2 weeks I got a complete new originally packed hair straightener
