Mein geliebtes Glätteisen hatte leider einen Wackelkontakt gehabt. Habe mich dann an den Service gewendet und super schnell eine Rückinfo erhalten. Da es noch in die Garantiezeit reingefallen ist, habe ich ein neues Glätteisen zugeschickt bekommen. Super netter Service gehabt, schnelle Abwicklung (innerhalb von 3 Tagen hatte ich mein neues Glätteisen erhalten). Kann ich nur immer wieder weiterempfehlen!!!

This is my 2nd pair of Hair Straighteners from this company and I must say that I have not been disappointed either time. I just adore the silkiness and the glossiness that I achieve every time. And more importantly, it stays that way regardless of the weather. So, no frizziness when it rains or lumpiness when it's too humid. It has been a game changer for me!

War zwar leider nach einem Jahr kaputt, allerdings habe ich sofort ein neues Gerät bekommen. Musste zwar den Versand des alten Gerätes bezahlen, habe aber dafür ein Haarprodukt geschenkt bekommen. Bin sehr zufrieden!
