Ce boucleur est le meilleur que j'ai pu tester. Léger, câble rotatif très pratique à utiliser. Il chauffe extrêmement vite et refroidit vite une fois débranché. Les boucles se font instantanément, pas besoin d'attendre longtemps. Les boucles tiennent sans laque toute la journée malgré la manipulation des mèches et le passage des mains dans les cheveux y compris sur les cheveux fins et naturellement très raides. Le sérum est génial il n'alourdit pas et ne fait pas gras. Les cheveux restent doux après le bouclage et brillants. Les pinces crocodiles et le gant sont très pratiques. Je recommande ce fer ! Livraison ultra rapide (moins de 2 jours !), service client sympathique, vraiment une bonne marque.

bad product, very poor quality!

I just received it and I just tried it. My hair are smooths very well thanks to this Golden curl, and buckles my hair well (thick hair and difficult to comb). I had another straightener/hair looper before this one, and he curled my hair badly. The old one didn't hold all day, while this one makes the loops keep 2 days.

Ich war anfangs begeistert von dem Glätteisen. Dann, nach 2 Monaten Wackelkontakt. Da die Versandkosten nach London schon sehr teuer sind, wollte ich es nicht in Reparatur schicken, denn das Glätteisen selbst war teuer genug. Die Hersteller hatten damals zufällig in der Nähe eine Ausstellung und mir das Glätteisen ausgetauscht. 2.5 Jahre später fiel schon die erste Platte im Glätteisen raus. Ich hatte schon günstigere Glätteisen, die länger hielten. 5 Jahre Garantie sind top, aber für den Versandpreis nach London kauf ich mir lieber ein neues Glätteisen. Nachtrag: habe tatsächlich ein neues Gerät erhalten. Bin sehr froh. Der Kundenservice hat mich echt begeistert. Top !
