Ordered two climbing harness and received very quickly chose the one that fitted sent the other back and money was back in my bank the next day.

Can't fault the finger board, but I was expecting some guidance on how many fixings to use and where to position them.

They have a wide variety of climbing equipment and things were delivered quickly. I had to return a pair of shoes that did not fit, and I was pleased that the process was very easy and the refund was given straight away after they received the shoes back. Would definitely recommend.

I rang to ask about the sizing on a pair of Evolv Capitans compared to that of the 5.10 Guide Tennies I usually by from RnR and the staff member correctly confirmed that they were almost identical. Then as I had some doubts as to the colour shown online he physically went to look at a pair so he could describe them accurately. Again he was correct which I discovered whne the shoes arrived next day, fitted perfectly and look good too. RnR have always been good, whether with advice or returns, and I can thoroughly recommend them

I had a good experience with the site, everything was easy to find and any other information that I needed was easy to hand as well. The processing time of the order was great as well the thing I did not like was not being able to track my order despite it being sent by courier, it would have been nice to see if the order was going to be delivered on time.
