I ordered a rucksack chest strap which was shown accurately on the website. It was delivered within a couple of days and it has proven really useful. One notable thing was that the actual P&P was greater than the P&P I paid; so no rip off there! I'd recommend Rock + Run.

Called in personally to make a purchase as I was in the area. I was made welcome and given good advice on which rock boots were better suited to the purpose I had in mind as I had already narrowed my choices down to two types. I had already decided on the model I wanted, so I was reassured when the same model was suggested as the most appropriate for my needs.

I was first attracted to Rock + Run due to their offers and to be honest I usually order when they have some deal or other on (which is often, like them on FB for the latest). However, beyond that I've found that I can reach out by email if I have any queries and they are quick to resond in a very helpful way, answering any questions. Delivery has always been spot on wich is also a big reason for shopping with them, often goods will arrive the next day. Compared to some others where you can be waiting up to a month, I know I'm always in safe hands with them. Would I recomend? You betcha ;-)
