Arrived following day, well packaged, very pleased with product

I've ordered from these guys a few times now and the delivery is always quick, products are well-packaged and the customer service is very good.

I like the fact that although there is a choice of products the choice is not too extensive and therefore it's easier to make a decision. If there's too much choice, I'm left with the feeling I might make the wrong decision. The offers are good and it was particularly good on the product I'd ordered. As for the delivery, it was super fast! The emails received always keep me informed of the status of my order. I know what's going on. I've ordered many times before from Rock and Run and will carry on to do so in the future. When looking for a product, they are always my first port of call.

The website was easy to use, I found the climbing gear I was looking for and it was cheaper than anywhere else I could find. The gear arrived quickly and without problems, can't ask for much more.

It has been already my 2nd order. The product were available, the price fair, the delivery very quick and safe, no issues with the delivered goods. Also the communication with the shop is quite quick. I am very satisfied.

Shopping at rock+run was straight forward and customer service was good.

I ordered over the phone as I had colour specific requirements. There was no problem with them ordering in the colour harness I wanted for my daughter and then sending out my order straight away with the harness to follow. After receiving the first part of my order I realised I neaded to order some extra items, again I phoned up and my extra items were added to the harness order with no fuss and no extra postage charges. The service was second to none and I cannot fault the dispatch and delivery time. All in all a pleasant shopping experience (which is something coming from a man).

I hate online outdoor shops that advertise an item that they don't actually have in stock, which they only tell you after they have taken your money. I have experience that at almost any other shop but at Rock+Run. So far they have always had what I order and send it right away.

I have given R&R so much hassle with exchanges for size, fit and colour and they have responded brilliantly. Never complaining, they even waived the postage a couple of times. I would highly recommend this store.
