I bought two things from Ruck&Run; a bouldering mat which was discounted because of water marks - item was in great condition, and I wouldn't have noticed the water marks so it was a great bargain !! I also bought a fingerboard which arrived promptly as described. When I contacted the customer service to change an address the person I spoke to was very helpful is trying to do that for me and helping me find another suitable delivery arrangement when the address change couldn't be done for free with the courier. No issues and would definitely recommened Rock & Run as a website to get good and decent priced climbing gear!
