Once again, Rock and Run had good deals on decent kit. Delivery by Royal Mail was inexpensive and trouble free.

If you call them to ask any question they are very helpful- not just trying to sell something expensive but to give honest advice. Also they know their stuff- they are all climbers. If they don't have what you are looking for they will go to a great deal of trouble to find it and let you know. When you make an order it comes through very fast. I have had only one time when the item I bought failed (only minor) and they replaced really fast with full postage refund. I can honestly say that the service I have received has been exceptional. The gear review and the tips they give are great. For example I made some of the flapjacks on the website and took up Ben Nevis in full winter conditions. They were v good.
