Excellent service. Top gear at a competitive price. The weekly newsletter is always worth a look and some of the deals are unbeatable. The website is easy to navigate; my only (small) criticism is that it is a bit tricky to return to the shopping basket .

Not much more to say. Good stock, quick service, staff phoned to arrange alternate gear when something was out of stock. Only slight niggle were Citylink who didn't leave a calling card and were grumpy, not R & R's fault though. Will use R & R again!

Hadnt used Rock and Run for some time. Found out that my old Guide tennies (since Adidas buy out) were being replaced by a more up to date model which I didnt like as much as old model. So phoned, found out immediately from a very helpful chap that they had old stock and they were with me by next morning. Why does anybody go to shops anymore? But you need good service and no frills, honest help and advice; and thats what these guys do. Rate highly.

I bought my first pair of climbing shoes from Rock and Run. Initially I bought a size too small, so had to send them back for a replacement pair. The free posting on RnRs first replacement order was really useful and saved me money where I would have lost out elsewhere.
