Their products are extremely competitively priced. I bought some quickdraws for climbing and they were the cheapest I could find. Postage too was cheap and they were quick to post. I also got a tracking number which you don't from everywhere and Royal Mail texted me to tell me when my item was on the way and when it was delivered, which was nice. I can't rate the customer service as I didn't need to use it, but surely that's a good thing?
