They charge very high fees for doing basically nothing, if there's a problem with an order they always side with the customer and you forget to see your money. And when you see it, you do more a month after printing the job. Most of their customers are just looking for free 3D printed parts, making a complain as soon as they get them for not having to pay the service. You end up on loosing time, money and even the shipping costs (which you have to pay upfront obviously) 3D service bureaus are warned

I've looked at other 3d printing services and they all have the flaw of being impersonal, having high shipping costs, and slow turn around. 3dhubs lets you find someone near you and navigates you through the ordering process and puts them in touch and sets the rates for the print. The prices are low and so far my print turn around has been under 1 day (though your mileage might vary). Also I can pick my print up so I don't have to pay shipping. Many many printer types are available at decent rates. The prices are extremely reasonable and the person I've printed with has been super responsive and helpful. They also have tinkercad integration, two clicks to turn a 3d build into a 3d print. They have support available right in the website, though I haven't actually needed it yet. I have already recommended it to several friends.
