Used them for several years. Tried first time since they changed. Can't select hub, can't select material, can't review Hubs sample job. Why? Support has now knowledge of the technology or materials, just basic front deck customer service . Reduced to 1 star. you can't even check your RFQ and already uploaded parts. Too much conspiracy. (or unprofessional) Goodby 3DHUB. :(

Seriously, avoid these little (insert bad word here) at all cost! They may be cheap, but you get what you pay for! Placed an order, and the day after I was supposed to receive it, I went to their site to get a tracking number. Found that they had not put it in to production, but they would refund my money and it would go out first thing in the morning...3 days later...we meant the refund will go out first thing in the morning...the part, that you need and have a deadline for...oh no, YOU misunderstood us, we planned to screw you over even more. Well thank you Ritchie and Arnoldas for the customer service. Update Got a message from trust pilot that someone had reported my review. I understand that you don't like bad reviews 3d hub...but try better customer service, rather than reporting reviews you dislike...

The first time i printed with them the price and quality were amazing - then I realized they were just doing some internal organizations and were using outside vendors. Ever since they took over their own production - they were just like many USA companies that I have experienced - companies that can't get their s*@t together. Wrong size prints with horrible quality - slow service. I REALLY TRIED to do business inside America - but I think I am gonna go to CHINA now.

First order arrived late, second order they cancelled because "They underquoted my parts and none of the manufacturer would take the job" I think they are very greedy and feel is not fear towards this industry.

STAY AWAY FROM 3DHUBS They have an amazing online interface but the quality of their work is horrible. They delivered parts with extremely poor surface finish quality then said due to the geometry it is the best they could do. Why wouldn't their system tell me this up front. I would not have spent a great deal of money on garbage. They were not even willing to work with me on any form of a refund. STAY AWAY FROM 3DHUBS
