United Kingdom | 10 December 2018They bite the hands that helped them to be where they are right now. They are terrible business partners, so beware.

United States | 09 November 2018Was a great place to find 3D printing resources, but they changed their platform and only wish to cater to large/corporate orders. No longer able to choose the print hub, and if you need different colored prints, each color needs to be a separate order. That means if you have 6 items of different colors, you will pay 6 different start-up costs, 6 different shipping fees, and possibly even end up with 6 different print hubs. Good luck with the profits, fellas! Hope you enjoy being a corporate flunky.

United Kingdom | 31 October 2018These people will screw you and any 3D printing hub if it means they can make a bit more profit. Overpriced and terrible customer service. Avoid!

United Kingdom | 30 October 2018Quality is alright, though the product came dirty and the dirt won't come off

United States | 30 October 2018If I could give less than one star I would these guys are scam artists the way they send you a picture to say that they were part looks good I don’t send you with measurements they don’t send you anything so you’re going in blind thinking that what you want is the size that it is. Time and time again I begged them to help me but they did not they did Nied responding meet for over five days at a time so I’m stuck right now between my credit card dispute to try and get a refund from the scammers.

France | 22 October 2018Poor service .... poor support... get your prints somewhere else.. They work with an elite group of producers who keep the price high and are afraid of competition between the producers as they take a percentage of what they earn as fee for their service...

United Kingdom | 19 October 2018Paid for "Royal Mail before 1pm Next Day", don't bother with that it will arrive when it feels like it.

Canada | 17 October 2018Ordered a model to be printed with a guaranteed delivery date. 3 days after it was supposed to be delivered I checked in because I had paid extra for overnight delivery and they hadn't even started printing it. I even had a conversation with them when the order was started where a person (not bot) confirmed the delivered by date. This site has no accountability, their solution was to refund me my money and do nothing else. I am 3 days past when I was guaranteed the part and now have to find someone else to print it... I am extremely angry about how this was handled all round. It's like they have no concept of the costs to me for not having the part to deliver to my end users.

Australia | 11 October 2018I’m removing my five star as my review was completed before they cut off the “Hubs” and more than doubled their prices. Strange strategic move, I’m assuming a lot of loyal customers will leave 3D Hubs to pursue the printing company (Hub) they were using. Out with the old in with the new I guess.

United Kingdom | 14 September 20183d hubs just screwed over all of the people that helped grow them, they are awful. They recently removed all hobbyist users from the service - the people who initially let them grow. I was one of the Hub owners that was kicked off the service when they went commerical. There is significant proof of this - and 3D hubs reporting this review is just plain false. Edit regarding 3d hubs reply: Yes, I was a service provider, however that's still a customer of your company, I used the services you offered. Anyone who uses your platform is a customer, even service providers.

United States | 13 September 2018Don't use 3D Hubs. I was a hub for three years and they just decided to cut out all of "the little guys". Had good ratings, all happy customers. Hubs like mine were already making pennies on the dollar compared to getting jobs outside of 3D Hubs. Their fees were very high, but it did give me access to a global market. The customer service was always bad. it's no wonder they only acted as a middle man for 1.7 million prints in 5 years. I myself produce around a thousand prints per year and it's just a part time gig. Do yourself a favor and find a local printer or a different service that doesn't screw over the people who made them soooo much money.

United States | 16 August 2018Contracted 3D Hubs to machine some CNC parts for me, when the parts arrived none of the holes were tapped per the 3D drawing supplied. When I contacted 3D Hub about it they told me it was my fault because I did not submit two types of documentation even though the tapped hole specification was defined in the 3D drawing file. I would not recommend using the 3D Hub CNC services. My first and last experience did not go well.

United Kingdom | 17 June 2018Site is probably great for people buying prints. However if you're a hub selling prints the 3D Hubs staff will always support customers who complain, no matter how unreasonably. Usually this leaves you frustrated and out of pocket.

Denmark | 30 April 2018Ordered some mounts for a computer cooling system. Was delivered within 20 hours! The mounts seem perfect.

Netherlands | 06 April 2018For me as a hub, a really good learning on how to perfect 3D prints and learning to open a small business. Keep up the good work!

Germany | 06 April 2018Not happy with the service.

Belgium | 09 March 20183DHubs - what it used to be, what it is now! In the early days 3D Hubs was a portal to let Makers connect with each other. There was a friendly community that was happy to help with any kind of problems involving 3D printing. The more 3D printing was getting to get more mainstream, 3D hubs decided to aim to professional services instead of local manufacturers. They started a price war in a way local maker couldn't compete anymore. Delivery time became shorterThe whole community is getting more demanding each day cause of 3D hubs only focusing on the client. With as a consequence that personal contact between maker and innovators is no longer possible. It's a pity to see that, once a great project became such a greedy business. Also it proves that 3D hubs thinks that prototyping is a easy job, and that client just need their 3D print, instead of proffesional advice of makers in the space. Feel sorry for yourselves. Thanks for ruining another possibility to create something good.

United Kingdom | 01 December 2017I'm a small business owner & was a service provider on 3dhub for approx 3 years until this week. Since I joined there have been numerous changes (not all good) & the system had some critical flaws including trying to standardise print costs so customers could get accurate quotes, this was ridiculous as there are so many printers on the hub with different settings etc. I had a number of orders and fulfilled every order but along the way declined orders because of things such as unacceptable behaviour by some potential customers & other customers unable to afford the cost (which has never been a problem). However I received an email from support to say my Hub had been taken offline due to the amount of rejected orders. On looking at my hub it had been a year since I had last received any enquiry so was quite taken back by the email regarding rejected orders. I replied with a stern email stating the obvious about orders but also stating that as a supplier it was my prerogative whether I accepted an order or not. Then the icing on the cake from 3dhub. I received a reply back and below is what the wrote to me.. Please allow me to address your points: 1. I've had a look at your Hub account and it does seem like our system flagged your account for reason unfortunately, the number of archived orders versus the number of completed orders is far lower then the platform average. 2. It is indeed your prerogative to accept or decline orders but you have to understand that 3D Hubs runs expensive extensive ad campaigns to bring in new customers and it's important that we convert as many orders into successful ones so we prefer to funnel orders to Hubs that have higher success rates, I hope you understand. This approach was not the same Hub that I joined 3 years ago, clearly now driven by sales & to hell with the so called community. It's a case of fulfilling their criteria or on your bike. I have of course removed my business from the Hub & will not be returning.
